    A long but comprehensive tour of a flat roof EPDM installation. Very helpful to anyone wondering how it can be done well. As it shows each stage, it also helps in making a list of items that need to be purchased to do the job.

    My man knows what he's doing. I inderstood about 5% of what he said, he was cracking jokes steadily and getting it done. But all in all i 20:47 got the message!

Your video gives me confidence that my son-in-law and I can pull this off! BTW this is the first video i have seen using the proper drip edging. I appreciate you! Just hope that the EDPM can handle Texas heat...

    Very informative video props to you. I've just received my kit but noticed the gutter trim does not have a jointing piece like the Kirb trim.

    I am supprised you never staggered the 2 gutter trims rather than have a straight joint ‘ also that gutter looks to low from the drip ????

    Hiya. It was by chance that I stumbled onto your video and was amazed how your trim and guttering is installed compared to what mine was done on my outhouse. My outhouse guttering does not catch all the water, and when the water flows down the epdm roof the water some house drips around the guttering and falls on the wall/ground - a real inconvenience but was fobbed by the installer this is 'normal'. Looked at your video and was surprised this was not normal. I need to change the round guttering to the square ones you have and perhaps look at installing those trims. Had my epdm from rubber4roofs. What guttering did you use? Can you share the link? Thx

    Great video. About to do my roof garden room. Do you know what thickness of rubber you used 1.2mm or 1.5mm. You think it makes much difference as it reflects quite a difference on price. Great video pal.

    Hiya. Great series. Is there a join in the EPDM on the roof? Is that an overlap with sealant? Cheers.

      Cheers fella!!!! 😆 It’s the standard thickness and more than enough for these roofs! The other gear weighs even more when jumping it up onto the roof lol 😂

    • @TheHomeRenovationExperts
      @TheHomeRenovationExperts  Месяц назад

      Think it was £500-£600 but that price might have come down now! Go to www.rubber4roofs.co.uk and use there calculator. Once you have that cost phone then to order!!!! Every time I call up it's always cheaper!! :)
