Hey darlings! *UPDATE* so I have a sad update for you guys. I am no longer using the Jolie filter. And actually, I no longer recommend it 😬😢. After installing it everything was fine. But it wasn’t until three months later when I needed to refill the filter that things fell apart. I physically could not get it open to replace the filter. It was so stuck, literally had to take it off the wall to continue trying to open it. And it would not budge. I was sooo annoyed 😫. I decided to return the refill filter. Unfortunately I can’t return the actual shower head. It’s just not worth it to sprain my wrist every three months trying to replace the filter 😂. I’ll make a short to explain more details.
