It seems like North Korea cannot defend itself from invaders hehe. And the only weapon that they have as a capable force are their nuclear icbms. Can they ever get stronger in the future? (Oh and what anti radiation missile did South Korea use)
China yes, Russia no. Frankly I believe China would have already warned them about an imminent attack but USA wouldn't use a tactical nuke unless one was launched on us or an ally first. Frankly NK would not be able to hold off any attack from SK let alone the USA

I remember a while back China announced that of North Korea attacked first they would not help them. Russia still busy in Ukraine.
