Spent 2.5 weeks over the Christmas break doing basically nothing and letting the realisation of how stressful the year has been, and the implications of what I have realised is not sustainable, to just percolate. Here is a short poem I wrote to sum up these recent weeks: The List 90% of my holiday 'to-do' list remains unticked I didn’t: *update my insurance *buy fabric *write a thought piece *drop clothes off at the op shop *make a dentist appointment or *achieve my goal of being able to stand from a seated, cross-legged position But I did do a bunch of stuff that wasn't on my list: *Most days I slept for longer than I thought humanly possible *I realised I hadn't been kissed by the ocean all year, and planned for rectification *I read a book that made me laugh out loud *I planted everlasting daisies *I made authentic carbonara from scratch *I created a collage, the first since Mum died *I decided on the location for my 50th birthday *I accepted that I am not made for certain situations and committed to uncomfortable changes (which might change the location for my 50th birthday) *Out of the blue, I cried, deeply touched by the beauty and sturdiness of a smooth, green tree trunk in the process of shedding her skin Not a bad effort, really
The introversion has kept me isolated for 2yrs. I felt my energy shift Dec.27th, after a 2hr horse trail ride in the Canadian Rockies. Since then I have joined a seniors hiking group and tonight I'm going on an evening trail ride. Until Dec.27th I have not been on a horse in 50yrs. I am strongly pulled toward equine therapy, and although nervous, I'm pushing myself to meet new people and participate in things that bring me joy! I live in Alberta Canada 🇨🇦 I moved here right before covid. I suffered 2 heart attacks in two years. I left a toxic narcissistic relationship, I ve healed ,Im tired of being alone and longing for connecting with people again. I will thrive in 2025! Thank you for your insight in this reading.

Yes! It has been brewing for a very long time. And I took the leap of faith! I am scared as hell. But I’m doing it anyway. It has definitely rocked the boat. I have had so much creative energy running through me; that I had to take that leap of faith. With confidence. I realized that one of my biggest patterns to keep me stuck is not making a decision. Avoiding. But I am also learning that the only way to learn is to just do it. To engage. Interact. Keep going! Meditate. Continue grounding and listen to myself.

Exhausted and the accumulated stress starting to manifest physically...i aint doing anything more than I have to at this point apart from 1% improvements each day in any area so i dont feel like a complete slob...i know all the work required to reach goals I have in mind for next 24 months and none of its happening till i sort the integrity of intent, look after me and set my routine (virgo moon).
