The key thing about their intervention was that they didn’t go there with an agenda to correct him and get clicks, or prove they were right and he was wrong.
Instead they had a long conversation where they were all vulnerable, and he already cussed multiple times, before the question was just asked. As soon as he gave the go-ahead for them to expatiate, they went fully into their thoughts.

right it was probably also a different experience George had before when confronted about cursing that was more aimed possibly for click bait, shame. but they approached with love testimony and none confrontational dialogue.
