Roleplaying while using the Quest System (SCUM v0.96)

New Year, new Scum Saga.
I am playing as "Patrick Murphy", an ex-cop with a checkered past. In this saga, I'll be using the new quest system as a pretext for keeping my favorite outpost stocked and secure while I trade with other players for items on the quest list.
Also, setting up a neighborhood watch program on the island to uphold laws and such, but mostly just getting the framework for that set up.
