I think these are Montgomery Kone mods but with M series fixtures. Notice that the floor indicator is similar to many Montgomery Kones out there and one of the lifts even has a Montgomery Kone chime.
You mentioned "North and South American Kone Ecodiscs" but KONE doesn't have operations in South America anymore, they were sold to ThyssenKrupp (at the time ThyssenSÛR) in 1999.
