GRANDMA'S POTATO SALAD | Traditional CZECH salad not only for Christmas 👌👍🧡

Grandma's potato salad is the best. In this salad, every ingredient has its proper place and is added for a reason. The classic potato salad is great not only for Christmas, but it's also light.
INGREDIENTS
600 g potatoes (cooking type A)
25-50 ml of cucumber varnish
2 carrots
1 parsley
1/4 celery
5-6 pieces of sweeter sterilized cucumbers
80 g of frozen peas
80 g of sterilized paprika
1 medium apple
1 small onion
100 ml of mayonnaise
100 ml of sour cream
2-3 eggs
fresh chives (to taste)
pickled jalapeños (to taste)
salt pepper
