Found your channel this week and it's made it 100% better. I've been laughing my ass off. You asked about where they get the flavors. A lot of the compounds in there are used in sensory analysis for quality for food and beverage. For example you have to train people to identify butter, barf, and bandaid taste and smell for testing beer because those are common off flavors that your beer could develop when the process gets messed up. So they spike their products with the "taints" to teach people to identify them in the real product. One of the best/worst parts of working in beer is drinking beer. ❤
