Nein eigendlich nicht meistens Nachmittag,das ist halt das typische an den Kykladen durch den kräftigen Wind (Meltemi) ist es nicht nur angenehm kühl im Hochsommer sondern auch sehr klar.
It is,nt an historical building it,s an unfinished hotel that has now become a landmark on Naxos,and i think the graffiti art is well done and gives it some character,it has become a tourist attraction now
