- ANother TODD'S TIPS Video! One of our customers needed to know how to remove the control panel from their Class of 81 Ms Pacman/Galaga because the buttons were all sticky, probably because something spilled in them. I made this video for them...but thought I would make it public to help others as well! Of course we are thrilled to feature WALLACE in this video too!

Helpful video! I didn't think I would ever hear Wallace say more than 3 words in a row. What an easy going guy. He appears to be the only one @ TNT that doesn't give you a hard time.
HE is very funny...and he loves being on camera...he appears in most of our videos.
I think this is the longest time I've heard Wallace speak! He should help with your Todd's Tips segments more often!

+TNT Amusements Inc Gotta agree with you. Wallace is coming for your spot Todd! Though I must say the whole crew is something special. "Lightning in a bottle" type thing. Formally being in the TV production business I tend to dislike any and all reality TV because it is so phony and scripted, but I love TNT (for my love of silverball of course is what brought me here) but also because it is so genuine. I still hope that someone will pick it up so the boys and you can be big stars and make the $$$ your hard work deserves, but being a part of your devoted youtube community is wonderful too for the moment!

What brand microswitches came with these particular cabinets (and pac-man's arcade party)? I noticed these cabs + pac'man's arcade party also have a button with a flat surfaced bezel, what brand were these? Thanks!!

Wallace is THE MAN!
Two of the springs in the buttons on my cabinet have lost their "zip". I have tried stretching them a bit but they still aren't as good as the other buttons and the buttons stick from time to time. It's Deluxe Asteroids (the fire and thrust buttons) with the big old leaf switches and the springs are an unusual shape - they are wider at one end. Can I get replacements from somewhere? Have googled and can't find anywhere.

The wire control parts are supposed to just pop out? I have a Street Fighter II Champion Edition and those suckers are just stuck in there. Won't budge. Any ideas?
Tails19935 there are different buttons and how they are made...but almost all buttons are designed to come apart.
good tutorial. Interestingly enough, this should work with most buttons that are usually of the Suzo-Happ kind. I know since my X-Arcade Dual Stick has those, and I'm hoping one day to get some buttons to customize it (i.e. Have one side all blue, and the other in red a-la Double Dragon).

only 2 things I primarily collect on trips. well 3 if you count the pressed pennies/quarters and accidental dimes (which do work but you risk damaging the machine :) (thats Shot Glasses and keychains. oh what a bucket is in my pocket :) Brother gets the mugs sometimes. but the Pewter ones love those. (yes he has a Mug with a pewter glue on from Devils Lake WI (ahem bikini's and girls. didn't know southern WI had such hot girls :) (or forgot)

been collecting the pennies since 1988 and Pikes Peak although where that one is. is in one of my boxes :( but nice book to keep them in . quarters NOT cheap..
