Great video, thanks. Is there a way to dynamically control all these four measures. For example; if a user would like to have a drop down month filter and based on the month selection the four fields gets calculated. Thanks in advance.
Thanks For valuable information it will help a lot in real time work as we need to work on data for specific period so we can use this video for reference. if it is possible please make a video on previous 15 days and prior 15 days comparison .

yes exactly..how YTD is there for 2021 till feb while we have no sales data for 2021..please explain why we have taken Dateadd('year', 1,orderdate),,means order date year is 2020 but showing calculation of sales of 2021 against that..
Dateadd('year's, 1,orderdate) will help add one year to all the dates in order date. All the dates with year as 2017 will now have 2018 as the year. Same way all the dates with 2020 as year will now have 2021 as yeat
Try using nested if function required month to get fiscal year. This is detailed in our Training sessions only as it is very lengthy to explain here. Please visit www.rayapatianalytics.com for details regarding Scenario based Tableau Training.
@@Rayapati so basically it is ideal approach to check the latest year in data source and then add that many years to make current year; By taking user input for year would be much flexible..right?
