Benny makes this stuff look like a walk in the park. Please consider the risk factors and talk to a qualified mechanic, as well as a psychologist, if you’re thinking of attempting anything you’ve seen on the show.
Take into consideration your safety, the safety of others, as well as your vehicle’s best interests- warranty, etc.

Hey Benny, I’ve been 4wheel driving in Australia for nearly 30 years, in all weather situations and from tassie west coast to vic high country and up to cape York and everywhere in between and I would say with decent tyres you should never really have to worry to much about getting a puncture let alone needing to carry 2 spares you might consider carrying a tyre plug kit instead if you’re worried. A front winch with plasma rope not steel cable will save on weight and easier to handle. Make sure you have or make/fit some decent recovery points on the front and rear. I find some type of rear drawer setup is very handy as long as it’s lightweight. Recovery boards/ maxtrax are handy. Rock sliders/ strong side steps are great if they are solid enough to stop panel damage from ruts/tree stumps when rubbing past them. Diff locks or good lsd diffs make a huge difference especially on cars that don’t have much suspension travel, so when you lift a wheel at least the other one will still drive. If it doesn’t have diff or gearbox breathers that vent up high , fit some. If you get into deep water / mud playing consider a snorkel beforehand.
It's always nice to have all of them fancy tools, you might not "need" them but for someone who does the job everyday it makes life so much easier than having to get creative with limited tools.
that silly little thing is so cute. it looks like a Lada Niva and a Pajero had a one night stand
Obviously there will need to be a joint trip with those two guys from the "best 4wd channel on RUclips" !!!
I would suggest doing a solar panel on the roof to help charge main battery and or auxiliary battery, especially if you are going to run a fridge.
Those wheels look great! Certainly adds to the unique style of a Pajero Mini
Particularly enjoyed the music and commentary in this episode. 👍🏻 👌🏻
Needs to do a bush trip with a Jimny and a Kei Tip Truck.😀
Just bought a 97 Pajero Junior, this video definitely will guide me on preventive maintenance. Looking forward to your build.
Go go tiny 4WD. I'm super happy that you decided to go for a 4WD project :)

Love the mini Pajero mate I got to see it at C&C and it was very cool. Also really enjoy these videos where you just buy a car and show what your process is in doing a full service and inspection. Keen to see more of it 👍🏻
I have wanted one of these since playing Gran Turismo 2. Good Job 5/7!
