Sir, How are the 9 types of complementary transactions possible ?? I did not get the idea there. Ego states should be parallel right ?? Suppose the question is asked by a parent level ego state and the answer is given by a child level ego state, it becomes the crossed level transaction, am I right? I'm sorry I did not understand the concept there.

Sir has explained it wrong!!
Complementary transactions are not between same ego state,
It's when you say from an ego state (let's say parent ego state) and expect response from an ego state (let's you expect the person to response in child ego state) (so the direction of question is parent to child) and you actually get the response in child ego state (the direction of reply is child to adult) it's called complementary transaction
Thats why It's parallel (Adult to child then child to adult) (sir has written this in his ppt but couldn't explain it)
