Thanks...but unfortunately the handle I ordered does not fit this refrigerator. It is too long and is a the Whirlpool correct replacement part. It would need to be net to a smaller size. Any suggestions?

Great post. Unfortunately, the people who installed my handle damaged the head on the set screws. Moreover, Whirlpool/KitchenAid do not show the set screw as a separate part in any diagram. Any hints on how I can get replacement set screws?

You never showed the stud, what the stud looks like with the handle off! Otherwise it’s fine

I'm embarrassed to say I never attempted to look for the set screw on the bottom of the handle.
