Maybe you have to enable certain bits of it?
There is different options under the buff bar icons on runelite, you can also add things from time tracking reminders on there too!

with menu entry swapper you shift right click and select swap left click

That account is the one I also use for RS3, and it carries over to both games. I've had pmod on RS3 specifically for like 3 years
