I actually rate Chelsea's model. So many English clubs are spending Hugh fees on average players that just don't hit in the Prem.

but the high risk of chelsea is that they buy too many youngsters who have no experience at a high level. Olmo is a good signing and have alot of bundesliga experience. But i feel like chelsea need more experience players to keep the consistinent going. You see last 2 years, that chelsea have alot lows and some high. Not only prem clubs spends much, every club does that for years, the market is inflated in the last 4 a 5 years. A good talent nowadays will sell around 60 mil ish. Huge talent nowadays cost around 100 mil exception of release clause.
I'm curious to hear from Chelsea fans. As their fan base only came into existence around 2000/2001, they have a unique insight into some of these players and the state of the game without all that nonsense of sentimentality or history.

I love Olmo, but with Chelsea still having Carney, Nkunku and Palmer Which all Fill Olmo Role, the signing just seems like a waste. The only way I see this signing making sense, is if we sell one of those players or Nkunku and Palmer are both playing on the wing or striker next season.

Terry, be careful how quickly you guys want to think ETH is “loved” by the owners. He’s not.
ETH simply survived because the fans viewed the FA Cup win as something huge, allowing them to see Arsenal and Liverpool as having had a failed season! The hype and opium-filled emotional energy and excitement from that compelled the fans to forget everything they went through and just how appalling their season was relative to Arsenal Liverpool and City.
