We explore the royal family's uncomfortable links to slavery, colonialism and race in the countries where King Charles is the head of state.

Whenever people have asked for reparations, they’re told it was in the past and to get over it - and yet the enslavers were being “paid back” from public money in 2015. Disgusting.

British Royal family could never truly apologise to any African, Polynesian, Indigenous Indians of the Caribbean, and Africans in and out of Africa the damage done can never be paid.

My great grandfather, who is still alive and is 103 year old told me a story of how one day the british came into his town. They went through every house and got all the books and burned them. They broke down the school and arrested the teachers. And they left warning them that they aren't here to be educated, but to be slaves to the empire. He grew up illiterate and has never fully learned how to read and write. This was in India and it was the norm.

I'm British and I've been saying for years to get rid of these ruthless people. Who gave them the right to govern over us. They have made slaves of all of us.

A couple of years ago, I found a title deed to my great great grandfather's land - signed by Queen Victoria as head of state of South Africa. It was mind bogling for me that she would have powers over a tiny village in South Africa.

what hates the most is that the descendants of slaves are still suffering but the descendants of colonizers are still profiting

No apologies is required. Apologies can't erase the corruption and lies. The whole entire royal family need to be striped of everything and given back to Africa. That is the true justice. Apologies changes nothing. In reality the queen retain everything their ancestors and they them selves are part takers of.

No mention of what the British done to Ireland 🇮🇪 what a joke. Another cover up the total number of Irish laborers sent to Barbados is unknown, and estimates have been "highly contentious." While one historical source estimated that as many as 50,000 Irish people were transported to either Barbados or Virginia unwillingly during the 1650s . Ni is the last of a poor a result of a colonization

The, scriptures foretells us, that; "HE WHO LEADS, INTO CAPTIVITY SHALL GO INTO, CAPTIVITY "; might not seem likely to most but, as the sun rises every day it, will happen.

By the way,the British queen is still the head or leader of the so-called Commonwealth Countries,a constant mental reminder that they are still subordinate to Britain. Colonialism has simply given way to neo_ colonialism. The chains of slavery have been broken off from the hands and feet, and placed on the minds and brains, making the modern day slavery worse than the first.

Isn’t it funny how Prince William says that “Slavery should never have happened...” but he wears a military badges as he says it. I’m sure they used to wear such uniforms during imperial days to show their militant and aggressive might towards the black peoples the British enslaved. Who gave them the earthly authority to even do that? They’re like bullies in the school playground who go around in gangs intimidating and threatening those around them to show their superiority and weaponry but deep down their scared of the ultimate Truth! Slavery destroyed families, cultures and communities and turned peoples lives upside down, it brought chaos and disorder and spread fear, and we should be grateful??? No! If there was any greater evil in the world before fascism it was the unjustified enslavement of the African.!
