    One of my favourite moments in the Superman lore is in the animated "Death of Superman" movie in the current DC animated movie universe
    When Clark reveals his secret to Lois she has a complete panic attack over it and actually says "You've written about yourself in the news! That's so unethical!"
    And then I laugh as Clark brushed it off by saying "Only a couple of times" as if breaking the law 4 or 5 times is better than doing it 20 times in the eyes of law enforcement

    Let's add another irony log on the fire in the form of a cartoon series that had too big of an idea for its own good, Larryboy. For those who don't know, Larryboy is a superhero spoof in the world of Veggie Tales. This form of the most famous vegetal cucumber eventually got a short-lived spin-off flash cartoon called Larryboy the Series. And this is where Big Idea might have struck moral genius whether this was intentional, or one very lucky joke. Just like Superman and Spiderman, Larryboy works at the news printing company, the Daily Bumble, as a means to stay up-to-date with criminal activity in the city of Bumblyburg. However, he isn't a journalist and he isn't a photographer, but a custodian. As for the reason why, the episode throws the line 'it was the only job he was qualified for' to complete the punchline. However, since Larry can't influence the news going on, it makes the Daily Bumble the most reliable news source with a superhero on staff.

      JJ literally goes from threatening to fire Peter in the middle of a rant to asking betty to give him the phone so he could deliver the news himself.
      Not to mention, a very similar scene happens in an earlier episode where JJ refuses to tell the Rhino about Pete.
      Turning him into a crazy radio host is one of the very few things I don't appreciate of the PS4 game, JJ has always been more nuanced than that.

    • @ShadeSlayer1911
      @ShadeSlayer1911 5 лет назад +1

      @Final Incept Bullets already spin. It's called rifling. All modern firearms have this feature to stabilize the bullets like a football and increase effective range. However, perhaps changing the spin, such as speeding it up, could have the bullet curve. I don't know.
      You can't really compare a bullet to a baseball. Baseballs are...balls, like musket balls. You can't curve a football throw as far as I'm aware. But maybe you can do it with round bullets, which is maybe why the agent in the beginning pulled out a musket pistol. Airsoft BBs use this spin to keep a flatter trajectory, and you can actually make them curve by turning up the hop-up and shooting the gun sideways. Maybe the Wanted characters use specifically-made bullets that fire ball ammo. But since we see the actual bullets in slo-mo, we know that they don't, which destroys my entire hypothesis.
