As soon as you said Collegetown Bagels was on the "right". when you entered Collegetown, I got confused and had to check Google maps. When I was there ( late 80s, early 90s ) and even when I last visited back in 2014, Collegetown Bagels was on the left on the same spot that Ithaca Beer Co. is now. I was not somebody who went to Collegetown Bagels frequently ( was'n't a breakfast person during my college years, nor a coffee person ), but it is kinda sad that the old building it was in was replaced by a building with an ugly black glass facade.
I remember in 1982, a friend came up to visit me and claimed there was some place on campus that made great pancakes. So we wandered around for an hour looking for it. Never found it. Is there some place on campus that makes great pancakes?

It’s possible that place closed, or I’m not aware of it. The best waffle place I know is waffle frolic in downtown ithaca!
