You forgot to mention that you can't chose a background unless you pay for the premium version.
I found this out the hard way when I downloaded the program.
Hello, thank you for your comment. The free account has some limitations, including the feature you mentioned. To have access to more features, one of our subscriptions is necessary.
@@mindomo I understood that that you need to upgrade to a premium account, when I tried adding a custom background to my project. In fact your pop up explained everything. I was suggesting that you could add that info to this video right here.
I understand if that is deemed to be too much effort though.

Can I export the map as a presentation?
I am doing a chemistry mind map and I am unable to give the equations even copying from Google and pasting it is not working. Many will be helpful if you work on this issue.

How do you add tasks on mobile? Or do I need to need to add tasks via desktop/computer?
Hi, thank you for reaching out. Select the topic/topics, tap on the "+" button, then tap on "Task Info". Tick the option "Set as Task". There, you also have multiple task customization options.
Please note that the main topic and the first-level subtopics will not appear as direct tasks. As long as a parent subtopic has children subtopics that are set as tasks, the parent subtopic won’t have the checkbox that “marks” it as a task, even though he (parent subtopic) is already the task. The checkbox will appear next to the parent subtopic when all the children subtopics are closed.
If we allowed checkmarks on the main topics and if you used main topics as tasks and not as task groups/task lists, you would not use the power of our tool but manage a plain list, for which there are much better tools.

could I change the arabic alphabit from naskh to kouffi or another ?

If you're referring to the language style (Naskh or Kouffi) for creating diagrams, that setting is usually managed at the device level (PC/laptop), not within the Mindomo software menu. You can adjust your device's language preferences to achieve the desired alphabet style. If you have any further queries or need assistance, feel free to ask. Happy mind mapping!
Wasn't able to edit my comment. Apologies if this is a repeat in hindsight.
As of April 24, 2022, the screen at 0:29 doesn't appear to exist. And the word "theme" doesn't appear anywhere after clicking the Create button from www.mindomo.com/dashboard.
Overall, it's very hard to figure out what the presenter is clicking on without dramatically slowing the video down.
Hi, thank you for the comment. The word "theme" is not written as a text button. In the video, there was a button called "Show all". Meanwhile, we updated our interface for a better user experience and easier access to features. Now these are the steps: after you click on "Create" from your dashboard (www.mindomo.com/dashboard), hover over the Blank mind map, and a small triangle will appear on the top-right corner of the diagram (when you click on it, you will see all themes).
