In his plant, he demonstrates in the video the entire operation of the NOVAFOIL 106 from sheet loading to board feeding to the hot-stamping station where “the magic happens.”
He shows how the HMI (Human Machine Interface) ergonomically controls all facets of production. “It’s in a class of its own.”
Watch how the machine deposits precisely a small patch of security foil in line with the existing printing on sheets of playing cards at high speeds.
Additionally, Choquet shows how the “cross-foiling” feature allows foiling and embossing in a single pass, delivering a 25% reduction in foil consumption to “assist with our sustainability efforts.”
