If you only have 2 hours a day.. try this out! 15 minutes aim, 15 minutes mechanics, 30 minutes 1v1s, 1 hour arena. If you don't have time to vod review, just try to think after each game, what could you have done differently! Hope this helps!
I'm not Jivan, but try putting more confidence in yourself, and practice your piece control in raiders maps with the bots so it's like a real person. I don't wanna promote, and don't sub, watch one or two of my videos called tips and tricks, it should also help.
Jivan Jivan Jivan, I wanna thank you so much, stopped playing for half of chapter 2, came back to watch some of your videos to improve more now and saw you using visual sound effects, I tried using then and my game sense and awareness became 10 better with it. Thanks so much and keep grinding!! 🔥
JivanTV is literally the reason I win fights, know what I know in endgame and almost anything to do with fortnite competitive. Along with a few other you tubers, but you have been the main one that has helped me improve to hit clips, finally being able to post a half decent montage. Thanks so much for your help!
Hey Jivan i know you wont read this, but i really wanna thank you. Because of you and Jerian i asked my best friend to train with me and become a pro, and he accepted so today i played cash cup with him and i came in at the 512th place. i know that doesn't sound inpressive for some but its my first time i play competitive with him and we already placed this high. So thank you Jivan for everything. i hope you have a great year and keep making the amazing content cause as you can see it does work.
@@JaidenOnHeight hey man me and my friend were searching for a trio partner who can play the game a lot and is atleast decent at the game maybe you can be the one
It’s currently 4am and my sister ran away I have Covid and confined to my room I’m sitting inside looking outside my window waiting for her since my parents are tired this was helpful lol
Is there a way that you can give me a routine to get really good because most of the day I am able to play. Also how to I implement peice control into real scenarios?
Hey Jivan! Gotta tell you, you’ve really helped my washed chapter 1 ass get back into fortnite again, however, I have a lot of trouble trying to implement my practice into 1v1’s, especially piece controlling. I am able to piece-control every now and then, but I find myself never being able to ”force” it. The only time I actually manage to successfully do it are in obvious situations. Do you have any tips on how I can practice my freebuilding to find and force the piecekeeping on my opponents or does it just come with time? A lot of love.
I would just practice doing a retake and then. Using a piece trick right after a short edit course. Always look for criss cross ramps. Wherever you do a side jump next to ramp 1 layer up from you, throw a cone up before you continue to height. It helps with time but always look to stop a fight from going up or claim any piece you can where your opponent is about to run next.
@@isaiahroberson5003 thnx brother. Yeah, I believe I got the mechanics for the initial piece control down, it's just a matter of practice and retakes at this point. I've just recently started practicing Jivan's retakes, trying to implement them into my gameplay. I'm pretty sure this is what I've been doing wrong all along. When on low-ground I still got the mentality of "get to high-ground asap" from chapter 1 instead of trying to do a fast and confusing retake that can lead into a piece control opportunity. I still have zero clue what to do when on high-ground tho. Yes, you can look for shots, but I feel like that isn't very efficient. I find myself ramping and following people doing retakes a bunch, not giving myself, nor them, any shot opportunity. Any tips on what to do here? It's just a waste of time and mats. I always try to drop down to their level and put some pressure on them, but I'm never able to piece them up and end the fight quickly. Trying to claim floors and cones is basically useless, so I suppose dropping down to their level is my best option even tho it might lead to them taking high-ground from me? As you might see, I'm washed, but trying to get back into it. Here's my discord. I appreciate all the help. Discord: ROBOTAMSKIツ#0197
To my understanding KBM on console doesn’t have double movement? If I’m right, is it still worth giving it a go? I’ve heard people say they got incredibly good from switching. I’m not looking for a shortcut I’m still practicing and working on what I need to but it’s tempting. And ngl the clicking is 🤤
I usually play pubs for 30 to 60 minutes instead of 1v1s cuz I know my arena games will be a lot more sweaty so going from killing kids same level as me or a little worst than me kind of helps boost my confidence in arena
I started playing again I use to play on mobile for season 4-9 then started playing on console season 1 chapter 3 but I feel like I have super good builds and edits but go into arena and get insta killed with a smg it’s so frustrating
Any tips for panicbuilding and nervousness? Everytime i play tournament or arena at some point i start to get extremly nervous and then messing up my builds, joke my edits do bad desiscions. It get even worse when i know my mates are watching me.
Just play a lot and fight as much as you can I also am like that but after playing a while I get confident. Gaining confidence is key because then you aren‘t nervous and won‘t overbuild for me when I‘m nervous I build nothing and play to aggressive by going into 50/50 to end the fight but that isn‘t good I improved a lot after playing a lot ranked and hot used to building as well and you light get used to build normally without panicking. (Sry for writing so much)
i use scroll wheel for guns and i use right click for reset my builds and ive used it for 2 years on keyboard and do u think its worth switching to scroll wheel reset and using numbers as guns or is it not worth
Me, who have been playing the game since season 3 of chapter 1 and am still stagnating: took out a notebook and a pen P.S. also relevant with any of your other videos❤️🥺
Jivan can you please make a video on how to get as many arena points as you can? For people who are busy and only have half an hour to and hr a day how can we get to champs?
Well your not going to get 40-50k arena points playing 30 mins to an hour a day. That’s just not enough time. Tough reality but you can maybe scrape champs but it will be very hard as an arena game is around 20 mins and it can go over. You have to be a top tier pro if your going to get 30 kills or something in 3 arena games every day or something. But since you can only play 1hr max you can’t get practice in to play arena otherwise that’ll be your playtime over, if you practice that’ll be less time for you to play arena. If I were you I’d stick to pubs.
I'm wondering, what do i even do if i'm in like a position where i'm not a beginner but i'm not like a good plat level player. I want to get better but i'm lost like i have not first steps to follow
What about controller players? Should we still be practicing aim? I’ve been playing since ch 1 season 2 and my aim great. I currently have 18k points because me and my duo play a lot but when I play solos I struggle. This is why I’m playing more solos, to get better at fighting. In the long run it will help me and my teammate
Jivan I have a request that I think could help a lot of people and is under rated and that’s how to improve on your movement :) I feel like my movement is lacking and I do unnecessary motions and would like to know what exactly I’m doing wrong and how to fix it
Thanks to realistics I’ve been winning my mid game fights but In endgame I jus get mad anxious and afraid to push anyone cause I’ll get Lobby focused or third partied and with these smgs and MK7s it’s almost impossible to out build them

so I recently injured my left hand, so I can't really use my keyboard while gaming right now. Do you recommend I just train my aim while its messed up (cuz I can still use my right hand for the mouse) ?
Thank you for this routine bro I appreciate but I used to do kovaaks and is made my aim worse ever since I stopped my aim has been 10x better (my opinion)
I used to think the same thing about kovaaks. I honestly don't look at kovaaks as aim training anymore.. I look at it as mouse control training. It trains you to move the mouse very calculated and steady imo
If you only have 2 hours a day.. try this out! 15 minutes aim, 15 minutes mechanics, 30 minutes 1v1s, 1 hour arena. If you don't have time to vod review, just try to think after each game, what could you have done differently! Hope this helps!
