Gta 4 and 5 are realistic open world games where realism and physics exist. So, having the euphoria physics in Gta VC would ruin the arcade experience of Vice City.
This is the perfect definitive edition , the low polygon models and old textures but with better lightings and advanced engine perfectly blends nostalgia and refreshment.
"Defective Edition" actually uses something called "RageUnreal" which allows running GTA's functions and features in the Unreal Engine... I hate it, and it shows they were tasked to do it quick and dirty with average to no talent from a mobile game development studio.
Because game development is completely different from making a flash game. It takes more than a month do develop an actual game. It takes years and you people force crunch time on them. You’re basically mentally hurting game developers.
