My yard just went into drought stress. My irrigation system line was broken for 5 days with temps in the 118° here. It really took a beating. Hopefully it recovers this week with a little fert help. Oops and water.

BYD! You ever think about leveling your lawn? Or would that be difficult since your lawn has that drastic slope in it and heavy rains would just wash it out overtime? Enjoy the channel.
I have a Kentucky blue grass here in the northwest area but I find It really thin.. plus I have a lot of shade in my yard is it ok to put a zoysia seed mixed down what seed would you recommend Brotha.
BYD, any particular reason why you're not mowing your Bermuda lawn short? Most folks I know are mowing at 1 inch or lower. I'm mowing 1 inch, but really see the heat stress as daily highs are in the high 90s to low 100s for about 2 to 3 months straight here where I live. Do you think increasing my HOC would help?
Andrew Munoz possibly, I raise my height for a few reasons. My lawn is not leveled ( project for next season ), plus my soil is GA clay, dries out super fast in a drought that extra inch let’s my lawn store a tad bit more in the blade. Plus my Tifway 419 seems to be at its best at that HOC ( height of cut ) for my lawn. I’d experiment 🧪 with the lawn to see what works best for you 👍🏾
Am I hearing right? Water 24 hours in advance of putting down product? But I have heard do not put products down when the lawn is wet. I’m confused. Help!
Your lawn should not be wet 24 hours after watering it unless it in the shade or cold. A lawn with moisture in the soil takes in fertilizer better than and super hard soil that may puddle when watered from lack of moisture. A soil with moisture in it won’t need as much water 💦 when you do water in the fertilizer 24-48 hours later.

An alternative is the Sunniland liquid KTS 0-0-25 with 17% sulfur.

I personally don’t recommend mixing grass type especially cool seas and warm season. As long you have a lot of shade you’re gonna have some issues.

is it a slow release nitrogen because of bio solids
It’s 75 percent quick and 25 slow. The bio solids are just added benefits but they break down slowly also.
