1:28:36 I love how Bentley's motions are in sync with John making fun of Sly in that voice, and same goes for The Grizz shaking his brush when John says "Not another word..."
I love how you put 'Sonic and the Secret Rings' music in the Arabian episode's bosses and 'Sonic and the Black Knight' music in the Arthurian episode's bosses! Very nice touch!
33:59 The Funny thing about Murray being a Gesha is that the Door had a picture of her but shes a Rhino apparently how does he confuse a Hippo for a Rhino.
Not gonna lie, I’ve never really been a fan of your boss fight edits where you add new music, but Chaos 6 with el Jefe worked too damn well for its own good.
I was recently thinking on it, but yeah, it does kind of make sense for Penelope to think the whole 'honorable thief' thing is dumb. Her act in HaT, was framed with her as the villain, flaunting the very rules she placed on the competition. You can read into her actions as the only reason she went along was because she saw Bently as a kindred spirit stifled under Sly and Murry.
El Jefe: Chaos 6 Toothpick: Egg Cerberus The Grizz: Vs. Team Sonic/Dark (Sonic Adventure 2) Penelope: With Me Ms. Decibel: Vs. Erazor Djinn Le Paradox: What I'm Made Of
I enjoyed this LP, but I really disliked Matt's mentality with one thing that'll ruin the entire game. But that's more taste honestly, I was more conflicted with Penelope's betrayal.
Well in this games case it felt more like a step back a bit and the "plot twist" just really made me dislike the game. I will respect your opinion about this but to me it is a step back and the one thing really did ruin the game.
Will the shyguy As a whole, I do think it’s a step up from 3 in a few ways. Villains might be a disappointment, and Penelope was kind of off putting, but the story is more straight forward and kept its core goal in mind. In Sly 3, I forget the Cooper Vault was even a thing. Penelope’s betrayal imo, isn’t a bad concept as she was kind of shady in the last game, since she was the Black Baron, yet helped protect the hangar. Execution on the other hand is where the ball dropped, as there was a lack of build up.
@@gameman5804 yeah. I hear you there and agree. Penelope being shady and betraying but have a game in between like a Bentley spin off and have her slowly get more and more disappointed but still love Bentley can have a good build up. But there was no build up what so ever.
@@willtheshyguy Yeah, I guess that's why Penelope didn't ruin Sly 4 as a whole for me. It's not like it came... completely out of nowhere... Wiidude83 I think touched upon this, and I think it's fair. Hell, it'd be interesting if she was the reason Clockwerk existed in the first place.
@@willtheshyguy that's like my only issue with this game but I do like the boss fight because it's so satisfying to beat her senseless after her betrayal

I really wish they'd played Sly 1 on the HD Collection just to see what insane glitch(es) Elliot would uncover.
Sly's eyes at the end made me crack up

John is about to make Matt & Elliot's day special...
I love With me for Penople boss fight. Nice touch.
And "Fight The Knight" lol
Nothing good *ever* happens to Bentley in this series.
The true treasure was Bentley all along
freaking Peter Parker there
1:02:55 Ass-spanking phase? I burst out laughing at that!

happy 20th anniversary sly cooper!! :3

Thanks alot for this! XD

Reasons we need a another sly game
1. Getting sly out of Egypt
2. Here John as Bentley
El Jefe: Chaos 6
Toothpick: Egg Cerberus
The Grizz: Vs. Team Sonic/Dark (Sonic Adventure 2)
Penelope: With Me
Ms. Decibel: Vs. Erazor Djinn
Le Paradox: What I'm Made Of
El Jefe final phase: Open your heart
1:53:15 I love Bob here lol.
Hmm 0:22 SBG Highlights productions?
3:27:46 😂😂😂😂😂
3:34:25 I haven't played the original Final Fantasy 7, but that sounds pretty awesome.
Epsy Blue it does sound awesome
Johnny: "...The only way we're gonna get a 5th game is if that movie, if it ever comes out, does well" ......about that
Hopefully the current Premium Sly 1 is doing well. That might be Sly's only chance to not be in the Volnutt void.
Exdeath: "why are you still here?!"

Using “It’s come to this” is somehow both fitting and unfitting at the same time.
