Here's the deal on these minimalist wallets. The first disqualifier for me, is having to touch dollar bills every time you touch or open the wallet. So bills tucked in a strap on the outside, or bills in a money clip in the center or outside of the wallet, are a big "no," for me. The reasons? Dollar bills carry lots of bacteria on them, I don't like them flapping in the breeze, outside my wallet, and I don't like them getting in the way while I get a credit card out. The second disqualifer is having to fold dollar bills into quarters to insert them into a small slip in the wallet. First, you can't fit many bills in the wallet doing that, secondly it thickens the wallet too much, and third, it's a pain in the ass to fold and then unfold bills in order to use them. The third disqualifier is having to sort through numerous cards to find one credit card or ID. I don't want to get out three or more cards every time I need just one, although most times you can put the card you use most often on the top, I want to grab the one I want, directly. The fourth disqualifier is having a snap, latch, or strap, on the wallet. It's stupid, unnecessary, and slows me down. Fifth disqualifer is anything made in China. Screw China. Enough said. Sixth would be storing coins in the wallet. Just no. Seventh would be price. These should cost around $30. I really do not want to pay more than that. So, the only wallet here that comes close to what I like, is the second one, the Distilunion brand, Wally Agent. Bills are tucked away in their own compartment, to be touched only when you use them, you can access four cards very quickly, it seems to be made in the US, in Charleston, SC. The only drawback is price. This wallet, called the Wally Agent, is $80!!! That kills it. So sad. I will stick with my leather billfold.
Nothing interesting, I think these wallets are very inconvenient. I use Bellroy and LV pocket organizer. I think this is the most functional minimalistically wallets.

I don't know but this leather looks like a cheaper knockoff ~ like a plastic product w/ ugly stitching. I like thick soft leather cuz these look like they'll split when bent too many times? peace
Poor broke people. Most of these wallets show them carring one five dollar bill and 3-4 singles. I guess you could go to Wawa and buy a 99 cent coffee and a buttered roll for your day. Man-up and don't be afraid to carry some cash.

Wow. They all completely went off the rails with these designs. To make a wallet thinner, all you needed to do is add a money clip to a traditional wallet and you eliminate the cash pocket. That's all you have to do to thin out a wallet by 20%. Disappointed. The secrid got close, but they made the cash pocket out if plastic. A spring loaded money clip would have made it perfect, same with andar pilot and ekster. Money clips are very under utilized.
