Ah that Moonbase Alpha video took me back to Achievement Hunter's classic let's play. "It's not ghey if it's on the moon." Also he ended the Pokemon video exactly where I thought he would haha
I feel like the major reason that WoW took off as well as it did was because it was riding on the legacy of the Warcraft property, and it's relative accessibility for the time made it a very popular title even for people not familiar with the IP. I knew I wouldn't have even been interested if it weren't for how much time I spend in Star/Warcraft, and once all my friends got on it, it was that and FFXI that we played all the time. Everquest and even Ultima Online (along with probably other titles) did definitely head up the MMO genre conceptually but, at least what I recall of Everquest, it was intensely sink-or-swim with getting by.
Accessibility being the key aspect at the time of launch, mmos before WoW were largely inscrutable arcane messes. WoW succeeded because for the time it was incredibly user friendly compared to older mmos. No giant panels of numbers, no need to look up guides for basic functions. The camera angle also helps you develop a better connection to your character as well as making the game feel more like an action game and therefore more engaging than older mmos did.
Damn it. I just hope Chat forced him to finish the Plague of Gripes video. He, along with Main Character misheard the vapereon and she clarified what she said while stitching up MC's tattered pants. XD Edit: I have been corrected. It is a Vulpix, not a Vaporeon. Thank you, "Renowned".
hello vodsquad4life reporting in....member for about 2.3 years. Hope that you are all taking care and shnozz for life. NAG NOSE NEVER DIES!!! thank you chat for loving us Vod squad members. hugs for chat. The one that deserves streamer of the year is handsome, never late, and is always there for chat. THANKS CROOKED!!
WoW was to MMORPG what DOOM was to FPS. Making Everquest like the Wolfenstein 3D. ...even though I'm sure there was some MMORPG before Everquest, but you get the point.
That creepy video with the whipped cream guy... That was an advertisement for Little Baby's Ice Cream. .....Yes, that's the name of the product, and it still gets creepier as it goes with some very uncomfortable music. And yes, WoW was an MMORPG and the itemization rating pretty much revolutionized the gaming industry... It's always Gray (Junk) < White (Common) < Green (Uncommon) < Blue (Rare) < Purple (Epic) < Orange/Gold (Legendary) ....Literally a lot of games have picked up and adopted this color scheme when it comes to 'Loot' from MMOs to Fornite. [I'm sure someone may correct me to say there's another game prior to WoW that did this but I don't know any that have.. WoW's the only one that started this and it was all the way back in 2004 (Nearly 20 years ago)]
Pfft, his reaction to the last video! Watch his eyes when she comes out of the pokeball. His eyes widen, then you can SEE HIS EYES GO South and his jaw drops harder! XD
The chipotle thing is so much worse than it seems, they pride themselves on "quality ingredients," but the reason for the outbreak was that their produce sourcing was so horrible, to the point where it violated FDA standards. Then they didnt fix it and had a norovirus outbreak
The joycon thing isnt that bad, on normal switch. I sent it in free, they paid shipping, and I got it back in like a week. not bad. The Lite would be bad though, because you'd have to send in the whole thing instead of just one joy con.
Ok for the video about how a streamer and twitch chat look to an npc, it is all accurate, the last part is how a lot of twitch chats I am in are like, they are more loving towards the streamer, whereas other twitch chat dynamics are like this one XD where we bully streamer man
For the first clip.... people need to calm their tits about "joy con drift". Thumbstick drifting is present on controllers for PS5, PS5 but also Xbox One and Xbox 360. It's not a new problem and it's not going to be fixed now.
Why watch Game Theory when Pokémon Black/White literally have those points about pokemon ownership as the nominal reason why the antagonist team is there in the first place.
Dude WOW did not start MMO. Hell, even Ultima Online was released on September 24, 1997. That is 7 years before WOW 2004 and you were 14 in 97 so you should know. Also, Everquest out before it in 1999 and a bunch of others. Shit, even Sims 4 was out 2002 years before WOW and it was online and an MMO.
Blizzard did not start mmo. There was mmo before WoW and they had quest in them. No blizzard had dumbed down mmo. Older mmo had you talk to npc and go through a lengthy conversation to get a quest. WoW started the mind reading power of knowing when an npc has a quest. With the quest icon over their head. Yes I understand how frustrating it was to run around a city and not figuring out which npc had the quest and what you need to do to activate the quest. Though it was in depth and good role playing. This is why old games like Everquest were called Massive Multiplayer Online Role Play Games. You had to role play back then. WoW killed the MMORPG market but removing the role play from MMORP. It was more of a MMO Quest fatcher.
Blizzard literally didn't start anything with WoW! What they did, was collect all the successful game mechanics from every other MMO that existed at the time and put them all together into one game. (This was at the time when companies were still trying to figure out a successful formula for an MMO game). The only somewhat original thing in that entire game, is the story they wrote for it, everything else is "inspired by" (aka borrowed or stolen) from other MMOs of the day.
At the end of this video, I literally yelled "FINISH IT YOU COWARD!". My roommate is NOT happy.
lol
I just said the exact thing when he cut it. “Coward”
NGL, that ending got perfectly cut!
Yes! 😂
Perfectly cut ending
STARSET
blue balled but in the funniest way
How has Nux not sent you that last one yet? That's one of his favorite videos to send.
Damn. Everyone reacts to Select Your Starter but nobody ever gives any love to Plague's other animations. Hes a legend for a reason.
I know, right? He's got so many good videos. Bloodamon always cracks me up.
Yeah! Like "Putting potential in your partner"!
Nagzz is so right about how chat would react it's so funny. KEKW
Ah that Moonbase Alpha video took me back to Achievement Hunter's classic let's play. "It's not ghey if it's on the moon."
Also he ended the Pokemon video exactly where I thought he would haha
Nagzz is a furry confirmed, we told him not to watch it but he did anyway

Ending is absolutely hilarious LUL
Man, I haven't seen that Little Baby's Ice Cream commercial in ages. What a classic.
Select your partner is a great video and perfect ending also furry Nagzz👀
Nooo, nonono. She said "Groom me as your top pick an into a winning team!" You misunderstood.
They always stop at the Vulpix, few know that it actually gets much worse from there.... lmao
It actually gets wholesome at the end.
What do you mean?
Few people know it gets wholesome.
Damn it. I just hope Chat forced him to finish the Plague of Gripes video. He, along with Main Character misheard the vapereon and she clarified what she said while stitching up MC's tattered pants. XD

We tried but he wouldn't do it, also it's a Vulpix not a Vaporeon.
@@AlanWBain Oh. Thank you for correcting me, fellow person of culture. Much appreciated.
Also he didn't even get as far as the take off your pants bit here.

You can't go wrong with Epic NPC Man... though I don't remember that particular episode for some reason.
The chipotle thing is so much worse than it seems, they pride themselves on "quality ingredients," but the reason for the outbreak was that their produce sourcing was so horrible, to the point where it violated FDA standards. Then they didnt fix it and had a norovirus outbreak

I’m sorry it was muted 😭 I always keep it muted during this segment for the brief time period I’m sorry
@@Nagzz it was during the time you had it unmuted tho hahaha. It must have been because I spammed nine a bunch of times at the beginning.
Ngl I would "date" a pokemon.
