Try diluting your shampoo and rubbing it in your palms first before putting it in your hair. I had troubles with dandruff and doing this made me dandruff free for a long time now

I am diagnosed with psoriasis which is an autoimmune disease that causes the brain to think that there’s something wrong with the skin so it keeps creating these layers of skin that basically look like this. Except for me, it just doesn’t go away. No matter what I try, it sucks. I often get asked “what’s all that white stuff in your hair?” And now it’s in my face AND my arms too.
Hello. I am also a person diagnosed with sever Psoriasis. I suggest using Tea Tree Oil for the itchiness of your scalp. Cetaphil cream has also been much of a help to me and can be of use to your body and not your scalp. However, if you are of age I should suggest talking to your guardians (or if you are an adult, you can do this by yourself) about seeing a dermatologist. If you are old enough, you may be able to get a genetic treatment which almost completely gets rid of your rashes. I hope this helps stay safe ❤
