Others would argue that yes in the video "Getting the Hollywood Look Without The Hollywood Crew" at 3:48 Niko states "I love the RED but I don't want use the RED this is too heavy I pick it up and it annoys me now". He would then go on about the Black Magic is better and does create and talk about Sam's Camera rig. BUT. I would like for everyone to direct there attention to the thumbnail of the BTS called "Do Real Combat Veterans Make Better Action Films?" . What is noticed? The argument that the case had been used after Niko had used it is irrelevant to the fact whether or not the Texas dirt proved Niko's innocence.
