100g (3.5oz) chocolate.
70 g (2.8 oz) ricotta cheese.
30 g (1 oz) powdered sugar.
150 ml (5.3 fl oz) whipping cream.
Juice of 2 oranges.
100g (3.5oz) cookies.
decorate with chocolate.
