I'm a South Korean woman who has watched many al jazeera's 'east 101' videos from a long time ago and recent reports about South korea. This is the first time I am satisfied with their report. "They worship the power instead of challenging it." - This is it. The most accurate description of South Korean men. Now you've said that, I hope people see their state of being evil pawns, completely made as puppets.

When I had job interviews in South Korea 10 years ago, many companies asked whether I was single and if I had any plans to marry in the future. I've heard that this practice still persists, particularly for women, and that some companies even terminate female employees when they have children. This is one reason I moved to Canada with my boyfriend before marriage.
It’s challenging for women to maintain their careers in South Korea once they have kids. As a result, married men often bear the financial burden of supporting their families alone. The costs of child-rearing, housing, and living expenses are all rising. Consequently, many Korean women feel they must choose between marriage and their careers or seek out wealthy partners who can support them and their future children.
Some Korean men question why modern women can’t manage raising kids as their parents or grandparents did, even when they were poor, but, in those generations, strong community ties existed, with villagers helping one another care for children. In today’s society, you need money to hire a nanny or childcare services.

Exactly. Modern day feminism in the West is basically women competing against men for power in every way possible. Western definition of equality does not mean equal in value in terms of contribution to society but rather it means women being identical to men which is impossible as there never is two identical human beings whether it's man/man, woman/woman, or man/women. Every human is unique both intellectually and physically and can never be identical to another human. Western feminism is a flawed ideology that mainly pits men against women and will ultimately affect the family unit and lead to the decay and fall of their civilization since the family unit is the core of a functioning civilization. We are already seeing the signs with the dramatic fall of birthrates in the West.

Korean femenism, the female equility and social participation is historically deep-rooted since last two millenia. Probably the world-first queen-hood sovereignty was established. Even Indian queen migrated and become Korean queen for a small kingdom, Gaya around AD 5 C.
Korean ethics is bases on the role model and equality. They write in a book what the man, husband, son, father, to country, to the ruler, must do. The woman has the same models.
And the man and the woman stands equal. All the school class is mixed gender. There is no discrimination to transgenders.
Today many women work in defence sector.
Contemporary Koreans experience the adjustment in comprehensive demographic structure. This will take some time to settle down. Korea opens wider to alien migrants.
