通常の丸ノコガイドは、刃が材に接する直前で待機してからスイッチON,そのまま切り進めるまでに丸鋸ベースが宙に浮いた状態を維持しなくてはならないところが不安定さを生みますが、これはベースをどっしり乗せて安全カバーも開いた状態から、スイッチONにできるので、切り始めがとても安定するのだろうと思います。KREGのアキュカットが、この辺を取り入れた仕組みになっているのはやはり、実際に便利だからなのでしょう。
