@@MsThe90 depends on the mantra. Nama Shivaye i do OM. Just normal i do a 5 step ĀAUMŃ. It goes from the very base of me to the pineal gland

Babaji I've one question. I do nabhi dhyan after kriya and mantra. My whole body sort of freezes, locks. And I go into the flow of the heat of nabhi. But I always break it in fear and never go all the way. Am I going into samadhi. Or is it just the nature of nabhi dhyan. Should I go all the way or not.
Continue to Thokar, Talabya, Khechari and Jyoti or Yoni Mudra...don't stop at Nabhi

Also just wanted to ask you regarding adding the Paranava mantra Om to Navarana Mantra of Devi Chamunda. Is it true that Navarana Mantra should be chanted without adding the Pranava. There are many different conflicting views among the same topic. Some even say that adding Om will take back the Shakti of the Mantra. Kindly advise 🙏🏽✨

Dear Raj, thank you for this great explanation but I have a question 😅 I was initiated in guru mantra and got an extra one after a year. But it goes Om aing hreeng and so on, so the question is about this ending on ng. As you said mantras can remove blocks and so my initiator got removed 😂
Eem is anuswara or Shakti as the tongue touches the roof of the mouth and connects you to the fontanelle and HSiva Shakti. Ang is gutteral at the back of the throat and causes more Prana and is more masculine...

Yes the 1000 names is for everyone. Shodashi mantra needs initiation

Dandavats to your feet. Il be grateful if you tell the difference between HLEEM and HLREEM. Some people chant HLREEM and say HLEEM is not powerful and is cursed. Please be kind on me and tell me the difference
also KREEM is a kinetic force while HLEEM is the force of inertia. How can both represent MARs?
HLREEM is the true calling of Bagalamkuhi in the Dash Mahavidya tradition. Hleem is effective but does not include the Fire element
Can we chant two or more mantras in a day?
Chant one mantra 108 times each day for at least 3 days or even better 44 days and see what happens with that one. Then test the others
