Solution
From Desktop, right click and select Personalize.
In Personalization window, click on Themes in the left pane.
Click on Theme settings, select the Default themes you need and close the window.
Click on Colors in the Personalization window and turn off Automatically pick an accent color from my background.
Scroll down to click on High contrast settings, and set Choose a theme to None.
If the issue still persists, do provide us the screen shot of the desktop to understand the issue and better assistance.

Why it is deleting ?
Why? On Windows, Files Get Deleted Automatically When Left or Right Click Programs shortcuts, files, or folders won't open on double left-click as normal and You can't get your file in Recycle Bin.
For solution -
1st Clean Malware and Virus with Antivirus Software or Malware removable software.
2ndUpdate or Reinstall Driver.
3rd Repair Windows Corrupted system files or system image corruption from Windows or you can repair your full computer using bootable Pendrive.
Go to CMD- use this command.
CHKDSK C:
SFC/SCANNOW
4.Check storage settings.
Windows Storage Sense feature: The main reason for this problem is due to a newer feature of Windows called "Storage Sense". If you turn on this feature, it will automatically delete unused files and temporary files when your computer is running low on disk space. It can also delete old files from the Downloads folder and Recycle Bin to free up space.
Windows Defender thinks the file is malware: Another possible reason why your files are deleted is that Windows Defender thinks it is malware. Windows Defender's active protection may mistakenly threaten and delete your files, and consider them to be infected with malware.
Installed the wrong Windows update: If you installed an incompatible or faulty Windows 10 update, the Storage Sense feature will remove or delete files from your computer.
