All you have to do is the same thing using your own number recording the call into your voice box, free for everybody. So all you need to do is call yourself and then add the person you're calling to and the conversation will get recorded to your voice box, simple and free.
Android already has this by default, but I wouldn't recommend this method since now your personal recordings are on this companies servers if it is done this way.

Tell u something much simpler... If you want to start recording the person conversation just simply push speaker and then push video recorder as if you're recording a video and it will pick up your voice and the person on the other phone voice...try it

see here is the thing, let's be honest. This would be used by people to get evidence from someone else that they would ultimately lie about later. However, it becomes COMPLETELY useless the point in which you have to let them know you are recording them. They will keep their mouth shut.
Some states only require that one person in the conversation know that it is being recorded. My state is like this, I can record any call I have with anyone and I do not have to tell them they are being recorded. It is completely legal. It has helped me in the past when dealing with insurance companies that have denied receiving my claims even though I have already called after sending it in and the insurance company representative told me my claim had been received and was in process. Some companies, not all, will delay paying a claim for as long as possible and sometimes you have to get legal help to get the claim paid. People will lie even companies if they owe you money. I had an Army Colonel run my off the road and damaged my truck and I even ended up in the hospital for a week with a pinched nerve due to a blood clot in my spine because of the accident. When I contacted his insurance company about the claim they denied the claim on the basis of what their insured Army Colonel reported to them. Now the phone recording to the insurance company didn't save my case this time. I was lucky enough that a police officer witnessed the accident and his report and mine matched. The out of state Army Colonel got home and changed his story. My point is people will lie and you need all the help you can get sometimes. Just because you may be honest don't count on the other person to be honest also.

States requiring two-party consent don’t limit which side can record the call, so you can have documentation that say the credit card rep said they would waive a fee.
Not necessarily. I use a recording app for when I talk to companies and I don’t have pen and paper on me or if I’m driving and i can’t write down info. I’m also very forgetful and my creative team and I have a lot of phone meetings and everyone knows they are being recorded. I send them all a copy for their records. For me it’s just the convenience of technology.

When that happens, the subconscious emotions may later manifest in various ways that can possibly cause depression, procrastination, anger, illness, etc. Even after the job has ended. You'll wonder why you feel this way, etc, etc, and then end up paying tons of money for a therapist.. Same thing happened to me! I wish I had recorded that evil monster I worked with. I hope what I said doesn't happen to you, but to be safe, please nip this abusive work situation in the bud. Hopefully they'll be nicer, or if not, then you'll get a nice new boss instead... That's the thing with Apple. This is the easiest way to go around the restrictions. Is it ideal? No. Better than others? I think so.
