1. Sepu Vadi - 100 gm
2. Spinach - 200 gm
3. Curd - 200 gm
4. Cumin Seeds (ज़ीरा) - 1 tsp
5. Cinnamon (दालचीनी)- 1 small
6. Black Pepper (Crushed) - 8 to 10
7. Cloves (लौंग) - 2
8. Big Cardamom - 2
9. Small Cardamom - 2
10. Salt - as per taste
11. Green Chilli - 1
12. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
13. Fennel Seed Powder - 1 tsp
14. Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
15. Asafoetida (हींग)- 1 pinch
16. Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
17. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
18. Bayleaf -1
19. Whole Red Chilli - 1
