basically in short hyungwon is the master of the watch which lets you go back in time, wonho was just going back to visit shownu and train with him, kihyun was going back to stop jooheon from getting in the car crash after he drops kihyun off and in the end kihyun puts himself in the car instead of jooheon, and minhyuk was going back to changkyun who is is brother and they are chased by the 'authorities' who want to stop the watch from being used.
hyungwon's father from the find you mv created the watch, this is pretty much a different time/different universe where hyungwon is the master of the watch telling three different stories that are not happening at the same time. wonho goes back in time to train with his bff, minhyuk and changkyun are childhood friends and changkyun saves minhyuk but then they are separated. jooheon dies in a crash and kihyun is depressed at the beginning bc of it, so hyungwon gives him the watch. kihyun keeps trying but cant get it right. he stops running because he recognizes hyungwon (they were friends! once! find you and destroyer mv), and finally they get it right so jooheon survived but kihyun was in the crash, hence jooheon at the end of the mv. please watch destroyer mv!! it will help make sense of this concept!! (also side note, you said joo-hyun a ton and joohoney is picky about that 😭 heon is just like honey!!)

SO IN DETAIL basically in the find you mv, it explains how it all started with the time travel, the watch, and how hyungwon became "the god of time" or first time traveler. So in Dramarama, in the beginning of the mv wonho's scene, it says "do not take any watches from 'CHW'" 'chae hyungwon' because time travel is illegal. Hyungwon gave the members the watches, you first see minhyuk with it in the coffee shop, and then the rest. The members want to go back in time so save each other- kihyun saving jooheon from the car crash that kills him, minhyuk to reunite with IM (because they got separated), and wonho to go spar with shownu (They're sparring buddies ig). They were all from the future and time travel is illegal, which is why you see those "men in black" guys chasing them down to kill them. They capture Wonho first making him unable to go back in time to spar with shownu, having shownu wait for him. IM and Minhyuk are childhood friends (brothers? i forgot) but got separated. So Minhyuk goes back in time so they could reunite, You see IM pulling his arm and run away because those men are chasing them to kill them. When those men finally catches up to them, minhyuk tries to go back to the future while holding IM's hand so he could go back with him as well. Sadly Minhyuk fails to do so, once he turns the watch to go to the future, IM and Minhyuk's hand let go, and those men catch IM... Now lastly jooheon and Kihyun, You first see kihyun at the place where there's this window thing (like a movie window looking type thing...anyways) hyungwon gives it to kihyun so he could go back in time (MULTIPLE TIMES) to save jooheon from the car crash. But as you can see...you can't prevent a tragedy that happened in the past. Kihyun passes hyungwon as hes chasing the car, so he decides to ask hyungwon for help. Hyungwon tells kihyun a solution... in order to save jooheon...kihyun has to take jooheon's place in the car crash... You then see jooheon and kihyun switch places (kihyun in the car to save his friend, and jooheon at that place where kihyun was)
This is connected to “Find you”, “Connect” and “Connect world VCR2”... even though “find you” is kind of the start and the “connect world” is sort of the end. I sometimes have to watch an MX video a few times before I figure out what is really going on depending on the video.. like this one... Shownu is my main bias, with Wonho being my number 2. But the others also wreck me depending on the song.. Kihyun and Joohoen or IM tend to wreck me more then Minhuk or Hyungwon

Hyungwon is the owner of that watch, in Find You MV, he lost both of his parents and he couldn't accept the fact so he choose to travel back in time, but he messed up the whole time line, so all members were actually separated or something? That's why the beginning of Dramarama, Minhyuk is working in the cafe, and when Minhyuk is serving customers, Hyungwon was actually just sitting beside the customer where Minhyuk is serving . Hyungwon knew he messed up the whole timeline so he went to find kihyun to pass him the watch, leave he left the watch in the cafe minhyuk is working at because he wants them to fix the timeline and find back Jooheon Shownu and I.M. Minhyuk recognises the watch and knew it was Hyungwon that's why he ran out of the cafe to chase after Hyungwon but sadly he didn't. The reason why Wonho wants to find Shownu is because he wants to win Shownu. Kihyun is because Jooheon fetched him to school or smth, that caused the car accident, Minhyuk wants to find I.M because I.M sacrifice himself to let those prosecutors arrest him because time travel watch it's illegal. Remember the part where kihyun was running half way and he saw hyungwon? Kihyun remembered Hyungwon and the watch. He is in shock to see Hyungwon. Hyungwon feels bad for messing up the timeline, so he somehow fixed the mistake? All the members manage to leave the time except for a Hyungwon, which is why the ending it's Him alone with the rains and umbrella. Find you is the beginning Destroyer is the ending for the whole timeline mess

I am loving that Ben knows our boys names now lol! I can relate to you. Shownu is my UB followed my Minhyuk but the rest are always so close behind! It all started when HW first used the watch to do time travel, he created different timelines as a consequence now each member is trying to get back together. I would love to see what theory you come up with so if possible I approve a live with all MX MV's related to this time travel story line. Hyungwon gave them all the watches. That basically summed it all up. Hyungwon got the watches from his father, and somehow, he can travel through dimension as well as time, because there are parallel universes as well. Not too sure how that works yet but that’s the gist of it. Monsta X’s concept is very interesting but also kinda hidden. I like it a lot though.

Dramarama: They are in a world where you can travel in time but it is illegal. 1st scene: a boy travels back in time to practice kendo with his friend who is in the past, but time police catch them and take the friend and the traveler's watch so there is no way to go back to his time. 2nd scene: A boy who works in a coffee shop finds one of the clocks to travel in time and decides to try it, but when he travels the time police find it and start chasing him. Another boy who also traveled through time helps him to escape, which is trapped and led back to his times. 3rd scene: A boy is depressed because his best friend died in a car accident and he goes to a store where they give him a watch to travel in time and prevent his friend from dying. I try to stop him many times until he meets the man who gave him the watch and explains that everything is bound to happen one way or another. Until he realizes that the one way to save his friend is for him to sacrifice himself. It's too long, I know 😂
I just think that FIND YOU is the start of it all. After Hyungwon finds his father's watch the boys can't find him because he's trapped in some kind of temporal limbo and that creates two kind of temporal lines, one where the boys are desperate to find Hyungwon ([MUSIC FILM] MONSTA X - The Connect ) because he doesn't know how to control the watch; and other one where the time just passes by and the boys continue their lives without Hyungwon who can control the watch and it's just a viewer of his friends life and only gets in touch with them when times get hard.
For a song where IM starts the Rap first theres actually a lot: 1. In their MV "SHINE FOREVER" IM starts the rap first 2. In their MV "ALL IN" IM starts the rap first 3. In their MV film "DESTORYER" IM starts the rap first - there is actually a lot more, but a lot of them would be their b sides and their b sides for every albums is like "perfection". This story line goes really far and its been more than two years of this story line to finally possibly reach the end of it ( i believe its not the end, i swear theres more that haven't been answered!! but thats just me lols). - It makes more sense to watch their other videos a long with DRAMARAMA MV. These videos consist of: 1. DRAMARAMA MV 2. DESTORYER MV film 3. FIND YOU MV 4. their WORLD TOUR VCR films : The Connect VCR (link: ruclips.net/video/K0XBOZJx9Gc/видео.html ) and WE ARE HERE VCR ( link: ruclips.net/video/r0ZrCwVDqrk/видео.html ) This is my interpretation about the whole story line: 1. WE ARE HERE VCR : - Shows about their personality throughout this whole storyline, thus using the 'seven deadly sins' as an example. With fighting against themselves, with finding a way out, and helping each other; it brought them to understand that each member brought it upon themselves into this mess or this timeline and everything that happened was "their own" choice. (very important to watch this VCR to understand their feelings throughout this storyline). - **SPOILER (don't read this part until you watched the VCR) : after watching this VCR you'd be quite confused: Why is IM pointing a gun at hyungwon? Basically, many theories tell that the reason why was because Hyungwon was the one who started everything, and that he should just end his life so that everything can go back to the way it was or Hyungwon wanted to help, but his fate told him that death was the choice, but IM believed it wasn't. (thus why he put the gun down). 2. FIND YOU MV - This MV is pretty straight forward. The MV tells you the story line of how everything happened and where it started from. Basically, Hyungwon's dad was a time traveler and created a watch that was able to travel him through time ( in the MV you can see that his dad did time travel into a different parallel universe or time where he met Hyungwon (the photo on the board in this MV proves this fact, right at 3:51 ) ) . Although, Hyungwon didn't know about this watch... Thus when he went back to touch the watch, he turned the time too far into the future ( this shows him falling in a body of water and below the water shows the city. This also foretells that in the far future, EARTH will become a water planet and there would be no land ( that shows how far Hyungwon went in time when he tried turning the watch right at 4:58 )). After noticing that the watch does time travel, Hyungwon then says "If it is fate, then we will meet again" , he says this while thinking about his friends (the members of Monsta X). THUS !!! Hyungwno began his journey of traveling through time and meeting the members again through different parallel times. - YEAR: 2047 . This year is important to know !! In the FIND YOU MV ( right at 4:11) it shows that he is on year 2047 before turning the watch. 2. THE CONNECT VCR and DESTORYER MV and DRAMARAMA MV : - This also has a lot of theories. This mainly focuses on each member lives in different parallel universes or times, yet they remember this one time in their past lives or future and they remember Hyungwon. They question themselves like : "Who is this person?", " Why do i feel like i know him?", "Where did he come from?", "Why do i keep seeing you in my mind?", "Why are you helping me?".. In the end, they find out who Hyungwon is and its been someone they've been looking for since the beginning (FIND YOU MV: where everything started). - THE TRAIN : basically the train is the parallel between Hyungwon being able to travel through time. Its where he ends up as he waits to be traveled to that time. Thus everyone is trying to find where and what this train is, so they can find Hyungwon and potentially safe him. -KIHYUN in the Destroyer MV: it is year 2047: he tries to help Wonho with finding another way of how to track Hyungwon through this time travel. He then finds a way or an answer and tells the group. This then shows them all appearing in the train terminal together, they aren't in the same parallel universe, but because they all found the right time and place of the travel, they all meet together again. - JOOHEON and IM in Destroyer MV: Their goal was to basically Hack into the government system and turn off all techno logic supplies that can lead to the government knowing that someone is doing time travel. this includes shutting all the countries power supply lols. - WONHO: in the DRAMARAMA MV, shows him in year 2047: theories are that he knew about the time travel watch.. and he received one from Hyungwons DAD ( this shows proof because in the FIND YOU MV, Wonho was the first one to wake up and understand the situation of what happened to Hyungwon and where he went). In the DRAMARAMA MV Wonho is shown with the watch and traveled back through time to find Hyungwon while coming back to update Shownu about Hyungwon. you can see the year in the DRAMARAMA MV right at 0:45. - MINHYUK AND SHOWNU: basically their role was to be the supporting sides, but in the WE ARE HERE VCR you can see their hardships that they carried, as they both believed that they couldn't do anything to help.. causing Shownu to become Angry and Minhyuk having agony because he couldn't do anything.. THE GUYS IN BLACK SUITS (government police in DRAMARAMA) - Because of their strong bond with each other, when Hyungwon time Traveled and met each member through different times, he wanted to help them..Therefore, he tampered with creating the same watch and succeeded. Causing the government to find that someone has been tampering with time which is illegal. I hope this helps and i'm so sorry that its so long!!! I know I’m late but the order of the MVs are Find You, Dramarama, and then Destroyer. There are also lots of theory’s online about the series. I wish I could explain all of it here but basically the Clan is also connected to Alligator/Shoot out (different parallel universe) and those are also connected to Dramarama/destroyer/find you (Fantasia is the start of a new time line as far as I know, hopefully their new comeback will clarify things)

So, actually FIND YOU actually happened BEFORE dramarama. In find you, hyungwon took his father’s watch, and bring himself back to past in order to repair the future ((trying to avoid his parents’ death)) . But the price of time traveling is, all his friends are separated in different timelines, hence dramarama. Not only his friends are separated, all of them are probably didn’t remember each other ((only in pairs)). Like how wonho always uses the time watch to time travel and train kendo with shownu ((time travel is illegal, which is why the men in black tried so hard to take those watches)). Minhyuk and changkyun are childhood friends but separated for unknown reasons, and they use the watch to meet each other in this video. Kihyun and Jooheon are best friends. After Jooheon drops off Kihyun, he got involved im a car accident. Which leads to that moment in beginning where kihyun looks so sad, and Hyungwon gave him the watch to turn back time. Kihyun used that but it’s not working well, so during the bridge part of the song, you saw him passing by Hyungwon. And that lead Hyungwon to use his own time watch to turn back time with a cost. Which is, kihyun becomes the one that involved in the card accident. So in conclusion, DRAMARAMA is just about Hyungwon trying to give time watch to his friends and hoping that they will reunite once again. Hyungwon is the master of time ((or u can say trapped in time if you remember in FIND YOU he is drowning in the “time universe”)), Will their friends remember hyungwon and find him once again? Will they reunite? Welp, you can find the answers if you watch destroyer mv ((took place after dramarama)) and another video that I forgot the name ((i’ll send it later)) Just to be clear, FIND YOU is the BEGINNING of all the story line. Shoot out, alligator, destroyer, all happened after dramarama ((whereas dramarama is after FIND YOU)) That’s why you can see clips of them in the find you mv. Monsta X never fails to blow me with this storyplots. It’s so complicated yet so fun!! I recommend you the trilogy “all in” “fighter” and “beautiful”. It’s a different storyline and it’s soo good. Maybe I am wrong, but "The Connect" is a middle ground to "Find You". "Find You" is what starts the events, "The Connect" shows what happens to the members after Hyuwong disappears and "Dramarama" is like an alternate universe with the other members having their own storylines.
Find You is the prequel to this. Even after seeing this is is still very confusing. The Destroyer (The Connect music film) MV is next which helps better understand the story-line. The Connect VCR part 2 also helps to explain a lot, but will still probably leave you confused like me. The VCR can be watched after Dramarama or after Destroyer. I don't think it matters since it contains footage from both. For this MV, the watch is a time travelling device that Hyungwon got from his father (as we see in Find You). He has his own watch throughout the MV. He is travelling through time. As he travels, he learns how to make his own watches, thus distributing them to Kihyun and Minhyuk. Wonho is already in the year 2047, where the watch may already be available to the public. Though it is made known time travel is illegal. In this video we see Wonho likes to travel to the past (I'm assuming it is the past) in order to play kendo with Shownu. Minhyuk works at a coffee shop, finds one of the watches left by Hyungwon, and travels to the past where he is reunited with his childhood friend I.M. Kihyun, in 2017, is given a watch in order to try and save Jooheon from a car accident, he supposedly dies in, in 2015, right after dropping off Kihyun after a trip. Which he seems unsuccessful at, after trying multiple times. We assume Hyungwon is helping his friends in order for them to all be reunited as a group again. At the end, we see in 2047, Wonho's watch is confiscated. Minhyuk is tracked down, by goons probably from the future, and his watch is shot and destroyed, returning him to his own timeline and once again separated from his childhood friend (I.M). Kihyun notices Hyungwon and stops in front of him wondering his purpose for being there and probably who he is (I'm assuming he doesn't know him yet). It looks like Hyungwon then helps Kihyun this time, and Kihyun saves Jooheon's life by taking his place in the car crash instead.
Dramarama is one of my favourites♡And also there are some songs where Changkyun starts the rap part before jooheon like Fighter or Mohae (check them out of you want😊)

SO IN DETAIL basically in the find you mv, it explains how it all started with the time travel, the watch, and how hyungwon became "the god of time" or first time traveler.
So in Dramarama, in the beginning of the mv wonho's scene, it says "do not take any watches from 'CHW'" 'chae hyungwon' because time travel is illegal. Hyungwon gave the members the watches, you first see minhyuk with it in the coffee shop, and then the rest. The members want to go back in time so save each other- kihyun saving jooheon from the car crash that kills him, minhyuk to reunite with IM (because they got separated), and wonho to go spar with shownu (They're sparring buddies ig). They were all from the future and time travel is illegal, which is why you see those "men in black" guys chasing them down to kill them.
They capture Wonho first making him unable to go back in time to spar with shownu, having shownu wait for him.
IM and Minhyuk are childhood friends (brothers? i forgot) but got separated. So Minhyuk goes back in time so they could reunite, You see IM pulling his arm and run away because those men are chasing them to kill them. When those men finally catches up to them, minhyuk tries to go back to the future while holding IM's hand so he could go back with him as well. Sadly Minhyuk fails to do so, once he turns the watch to go to the future, IM and Minhyuk's hand let go, and those men catch IM...
Now lastly jooheon and Kihyun, You first see kihyun at the place where there's this window thing (like a movie window looking type thing...anyways) hyungwon gives it to kihyun so he could go back in time (MULTIPLE TIMES) to save jooheon from the car crash. But as you can see...you can't prevent a tragedy that happened in the past. Kihyun passes hyungwon as hes chasing the car, so he decides to ask hyungwon for help. Hyungwon tells kihyun a solution... in order to save jooheon...kihyun has to take jooheon's place in the car crash... You then see jooheon and kihyun switch places (kihyun in the car to save his friend, and jooheon at that place where kihyun was)
I am watching this imagining JooHeon watching this video and screaming "IT'S JOOHEON ... HEON" every time you say JooHyeon XD

Shownu is my main bias, with Wonho being my number 2. But the others also wreck me depending on the song.. Kihyun and Joohoen or IM tend to wreck me more then Minhuk or Hyungwon
they are time travelling in this mv by the watch and hyungwon is the watch master so he gave watches to all of them. Kihyun was trying to save jooheon from the accident by going back in time but couldn't succeed so he sacrificed himself instead. everything here is connected to the mv connect and find you is the mv that started everything since hyungwon's dad is the watch maker.

Hyungwon is the owner of that watch, in Find You MV, he lost both of his parents and he couldn't accept the fact so he choose to travel back in time, but he messed up the whole time line, so all members were actually separated or something? That's why the beginning of Dramarama, Minhyuk is working in the cafe, and when Minhyuk is serving customers, Hyungwon was actually just sitting beside the customer where Minhyuk is serving . Hyungwon knew he messed up the whole timeline so he went to find kihyun to pass him the watch, leave he left the watch in the cafe minhyuk is working at because he wants them to fix the timeline and find back Jooheon Shownu and I.M. Minhyuk recognises the watch and knew it was Hyungwon that's why he ran out of the cafe to chase after Hyungwon but sadly he didn't. The reason why Wonho wants to find Shownu is because he wants to win Shownu. Kihyun is because Jooheon fetched him to school or smth, that caused the car accident, Minhyuk wants to find I.M because I.M sacrifice himself to let those prosecutors arrest him because time travel watch it's illegal. Remember the part where kihyun was running half way and he saw hyungwon? Kihyun remembered Hyungwon and the watch. He is in shock to see Hyungwon. Hyungwon feels bad for messing up the timeline, so he somehow fixed the mistake? All the members manage to leave the time except for a Hyungwon, which is why the ending it's Him alone with the rains and umbrella.

I am loving that Ben knows our boys names now lol! I can relate to you. Shownu is my UB followed my Minhyuk but the rest are always so close behind! It all started when HW first used the watch to do time travel, he created different timelines as a consequence now each member is trying to get back together. I would love to see what theory you come up with so if possible I approve a live with all MX MV's related to this time travel story line. Hyungwon gave them all the watches. That basically summed it all up. Hyungwon got the watches from his father, and somehow, he can travel through dimension as well as time, because there are parallel universes as well. Not too sure how that works yet but that’s the gist of it. Monsta X’s concept is very interesting but also kinda hidden. I like it a lot though.

Dramarama: They are in a world where you can travel in time but it is illegal.
1st scene: a boy travels back in time to practice kendo with his friend who is in the past, but time police catch them and take the friend and the traveler's watch so there is no way to go back to his time.
2nd scene: A boy who works in a coffee shop finds one of the clocks to travel in time and decides to try it, but when he travels the time police find it and start chasing him. Another boy who also traveled through time helps him to escape, which is trapped and led back to his times.
3rd scene: A boy is depressed because his best friend died in a car accident and he goes to a store where they give him a watch to travel in time and prevent his friend from dying. I try to stop him many times until he meets the man who gave him the watch and explains that everything is bound to happen one way or another. Until he realizes that the one way to save his friend is for him to sacrifice himself.

I just think that FIND YOU is the start of it all. After Hyungwon finds his father's watch the boys can't find him because he's trapped in some kind of temporal limbo and that creates two kind of temporal lines, one where the boys are desperate to find Hyungwon ([MUSIC FILM] MONSTA X - The Connect ) because he doesn't know how to control the watch; and other one where the time just passes by and the boys continue their lives without Hyungwon who can control the watch and it's just a viewer of his friends life and only gets in touch with them when times get hard.

This story line goes really far and its been more than two years of this story line to finally possibly reach the end of it ( i believe its not the end, i swear theres more that haven't been answered!! but thats just me lols).
- It makes more sense to watch their other videos a long with DRAMARAMA MV. These videos consist of:
1. DRAMARAMA MV
2. DESTORYER MV film
3. FIND YOU MV

This is my interpretation about the whole story line:
1. WE ARE HERE VCR :
- Shows about their personality throughout this whole storyline, thus using the 'seven deadly sins' as an example. With fighting against themselves, with finding a way out, and helping each other; it brought them to understand that each member brought it upon themselves into this mess or this timeline and everything that happened was "their own" choice. (very important to watch this VCR to understand their feelings throughout this storyline).
- **SPOILER (don't read this part until you watched the VCR) : after watching this VCR you'd be quite confused: Why is IM pointing a gun at hyungwon? Basically, many theories tell that the reason why was because Hyungwon was the one who started everything, and that he should just end his life so that everything can go back to the way it was or Hyungwon wanted to help, but his fate told him that death was the choice, but IM believed it wasn't. (thus why he put the gun down).
2. FIND YOU MV
- This MV is pretty straight forward. The MV tells you the story line of how everything happened and where it started from. Basically, Hyungwon's dad was a time traveler and created a watch that was able to travel him through time ( in the MV you can see that his dad did time travel into a different parallel universe or time where he met Hyungwon (the photo on the board in this MV proves this fact, right at 3:51 ) ) . Although, Hyungwon didn't know about this watch... Thus when he went back to touch the watch, he turned the time too far into the future ( this shows him falling in a body of water and below the water shows the city. This also foretells that in the far future, EARTH will become a water planet and there would be no land ( that shows how far Hyungwon went in time when he tried turning the watch right at 4:58 )). After noticing that the watch does time travel, Hyungwon then says "If it is fate, then we will meet again" , he says this while thinking about his friends (the members of Monsta X). THUS !!! Hyungwno began his journey of traveling through time and meeting the members again through different parallel times.
- YEAR: 2047 . This year is important to know !! In the FIND YOU MV ( right at 4:11) it shows that he is on year 2047 before turning the watch.
2. THE CONNECT VCR and DESTORYER MV and DRAMARAMA MV :
- This also has a lot of theories. This mainly focuses on each member lives in different parallel universes or times, yet they remember this one time in their past lives or future and they remember Hyungwon. They question themselves like : "Who is this person?", " Why do i feel like i know him?", "Where did he come from?", "Why do i keep seeing you in my mind?", "Why are you helping me?".. In the end, they find out who Hyungwon is and its been someone they've been looking for since the beginning (FIND YOU MV: where everything started).
- THE TRAIN : basically the train is the parallel between Hyungwon being able to travel through time. Its where he ends up as he waits to be traveled to that time. Thus everyone is trying to find where and what this train is, so they can find Hyungwon and potentially safe him.
-KIHYUN in the Destroyer MV: it is year 2047: he tries to help Wonho with finding another way of how to track Hyungwon through this time travel. He then finds a way or an answer and tells the group. This then shows them all appearing in the train terminal together, they aren't in the same parallel universe, but because they all found the right time and place of the travel, they all meet together again.
- JOOHEON and IM in Destroyer MV: Their goal was to basically Hack into the government system and turn off all techno logic supplies that can lead to the government knowing that someone is doing time travel. this includes shutting all the countries power supply lols.
- WONHO: in the DRAMARAMA MV, shows him in year 2047: theories are that he knew about the time travel watch.. and he received one from Hyungwons DAD ( this shows proof because in the FIND YOU MV, Wonho was the first one to wake up and understand the situation of what happened to Hyungwon and where he went). In the DRAMARAMA MV Wonho is shown with the watch and traveled back through time to find Hyungwon while coming back to update Shownu about Hyungwon. you can see the year in the DRAMARAMA MV right at 0:45.
- MINHYUK AND SHOWNU: basically their role was to be the supporting sides, but in the WE ARE HERE VCR you can see their hardships that they carried, as they both believed that they couldn't do anything to help.. causing Shownu to become Angry and Minhyuk having agony because he couldn't do anything..
THE GUYS IN BLACK SUITS (government police in DRAMARAMA)
- Because of their strong bond with each other, when Hyungwon time Traveled and met each member through different times, he wanted to help them..Therefore, he tampered with creating the same watch and succeeded. Causing the government to find that someone has been tampering with time which is illegal.

This all happens after "find you" and Hyungwon is now the master of time in some sorts. And the people in suits are trying to stop Monsta x from using the watches and going back in time. It's a huge ass story line. And also Hyungwon makes more watches from the original copying it.
i think there's multiple watches and this MV is connected to Find You cuz at the end of that Hyungwon went missing and then all these events happened in this MV and Hyungwon was the one giving them the watches and making them but this is my 2 cents on it idk if i'm wrong or right thats hpw i interpretted it there's obviously more to it but yeah

DRAMARAME is the story after FIND YOU. You should watch FIND YOU first，then DRAMARAMA ，then Destroyer. DRAMARAMA Parallel world from the FIND YOU，you can see there was a scene shows two globe in FIND YOU.
when you noticed the the watch said 2015, it’s a reference to their debut date. throughout their music videos there are a lot of references to their debut date: May 14, 2015 (05/14/2015)
Hyungwon got the watch in the Find You MV these two are very directly connected.

I know I’m late but the order of the MVs are Find You, Dramarama, and then Destroyer. There are also lots of theory’s online about the series. I wish I could explain all of it here but basically the Clan is also connected to Alligator/Shoot out (different parallel universe) and those are also connected to Dramarama/destroyer/find you (Fantasia is the start of a new time line as far as I know, hopefully their new comeback will clarify things)

Fighter, All in, Shine Forever starts IM
So, actually FIND YOU actually happened BEFORE dramarama. In find you, hyungwon took his father’s watch, and bring himself back to past in order to repair the future ((trying to avoid his parents’ death)) . But the price of time traveling is, all his friends are separated in different timelines, hence dramarama. Not only his friends are separated, all of them are probably didn’t remember each other ((only in pairs)). Like how wonho always uses the time watch to time travel and train kendo with shownu ((time travel is illegal, which is why the men in black tried so hard to take those watches)). Minhyuk and changkyun are childhood friends but separated for unknown reasons, and they use the watch to meet each other in this video. Kihyun and Jooheon are best friends. After Jooheon drops off Kihyun, he got involved im a car accident. Which leads to that moment in beginning where kihyun looks so sad, and Hyungwon gave him the watch to turn back time. Kihyun used that but it’s not working well, so during the bridge part of the song, you saw him passing by Hyungwon. And that lead Hyungwon to use his own time watch to turn back time with a cost. Which is, kihyun becomes the one that involved in the card accident.
So in conclusion, DRAMARAMA is just about Hyungwon trying to give time watch to his friends and hoping that they will reunite once again. Hyungwon is the master of time ((or u can say trapped in time if you remember in FIND YOU he is drowning in the “time universe”)), Will their friends remember hyungwon and find him once again? Will they reunite? Welp, you can find the answers if you watch destroyer mv ((took place after dramarama)) and another video that I forgot the name ((i’ll send it later))
Just to be clear, FIND YOU is the BEGINNING of all the story line. Shoot out, alligator, destroyer, all happened after dramarama ((whereas dramarama is after FIND YOU)) That’s why you can see clips of them in the find you mv. Monsta X never fails to blow me with this storyplots. It’s so complicated yet so fun!! I recommend you the trilogy “all in” “fighter” and “beautiful”. It’s a different storyline and it’s soo good. Maybe I am wrong, but "The Connect" is a middle ground to "Find You". "Find You" is what starts the events, "The Connect" shows what happens to the members after Hyuwong disappears and "Dramarama" is like an alternate universe with the other members having their own storylines.

Even after seeing this is is still very confusing. The Destroyer (The Connect music film) MV is next which helps better understand the story-line. The Connect VCR part 2 also helps to explain a lot, but will still probably leave you confused like me. The VCR can be watched after Dramarama or after Destroyer. I don't think it matters since it contains footage from both.
For this MV, the watch is a time travelling device that Hyungwon got from his father (as we see in Find You). He has his own watch throughout the MV. He is travelling through time. As he travels, he learns how to make his own watches, thus distributing them to Kihyun and Minhyuk. Wonho is already in the year 2047, where the watch may already be available to the public. Though it is made known time travel is illegal. In this video we see Wonho likes to travel to the past (I'm assuming it is the past) in order to play kendo with Shownu. Minhyuk works at a coffee shop, finds one of the watches left by Hyungwon, and travels to the past where he is reunited with his childhood friend I.M. Kihyun, in 2017, is given a watch in order to try and save Jooheon from a car accident, he supposedly dies in, in 2015, right after dropping off Kihyun after a trip. Which he seems unsuccessful at, after trying multiple times. We assume Hyungwon is helping his friends in order for them to all be reunited as a group again. At the end, we see in 2047, Wonho's watch is confiscated. Minhyuk is tracked down, by goons probably from the future, and his watch is shot and destroyed, returning him to his own timeline and once again separated from his childhood friend (I.M). Kihyun notices Hyungwon and stops in front of him wondering his purpose for being there and probably who he is (I'm assuming he doesn't know him yet). It looks like Hyungwon then helps Kihyun this time, and Kihyun saves Jooheon's life by taking his place in the car crash instead.
