Ita the same thing but ae 1 are a bit heavier but they also have slightly better traction on dusty courts, I personnaly prefer the harden 8s
I really like how those 8’s looks. Best basketball sneaker I’ve seen imo out of people like Kobe lebron kyrie curry. They remind me of the 700 v3’s
Design wise as well the 8 looks like a Harden. They really put in work on the aesthetics. Great looking shoe.

I have both but for me the vol 8 cushioning and design is great than vol 7 buuut so far AE1 is the best for me.

Is the AE1 way heavier than the harden’s? Cuz the weight is the only problem for me with AE1s from what I heard
The 8 seems like a slight downgrade to me. Especially now that the 7 will be on sale for like 80-90 bucks so i dont see why i whould get the 8

The lack of bend and creasing on the front of the 8 is a huge red flag 🚩#slapper
I’m not to worried about it shoes like the Jordan 36 and wow 9 were great performers , they mitigated the stiffer midsole by have a nice shape that adheres to how most people run
@@calvin4319 the 36 was made of mesh and the mid-foot shank gave it great bounce back. Plus creasing wasn’t an issue. The way Sammy tried to bend that Harden? Didn’t look promising.

I want both, I said I was never gonna buy anymore shoes over 150 and I did for the 7's smh .. I like the 8's aesthetics better though .. I only bought the 7's for comfort. If the 8's are better Im probably getting them too lol .. depends how my money's looking.
Bruh just cut budget from somewhere else (forgo Starbucks or extra snacks or extra whatever for a month, etc) or do some manual labor work or something for a few extra $ (shovel snow, lawncare, etc). Don’t let money hold you back my brother.

Honestly I was looking at both of these, and based on reviews of seen, performance wise, theyre very similar, so I just went with the one i thought looked 10x cooler, the Vol. 8. Idk, looks futuristic in a pleasant kinda way
