@@PrinceSlade22 He almost seems like he could play forever. I mean his offensive stats still aren't really going down. Still just as good his averages career wise. His mind is what keeps him able to do that, and his body is still super athletic and athletic enough to still perform that way. He just uses his mind to play the game at such a high level.

Yeah, and 21 years of wear and tear, which makes it like twice as hard to do at 40 as well. His longevity can't be argued with at all I don't think. It's just a fact that it's the greatest ever, and I doubt anyone will ever have that longevity again. That said I do think MJ is the GOAT despite being a big Lebron fan. I do think Lebron is closer to MJ than anyone has ever been before though. I respect your opinion thinking that Lebron is the GOAT though, because it's getting real close anyway. Lebron is still playing too, so he can potentially accomplish more before his career is over too.

Lebron was top 5 to start the season. Over the past month, he hasn't been good and the Lakers record reflected that. He's starting to ramp again, but AD has taken over. There are some defensive effort concerns like not closing out on the open man from 3, but every Laker give up open 3's by helping on the drive when they have Anthony Davis in the paint so its hard to know if it's just Lebron, the Lakers defensive scheme, or both. I'd put him around top 12-15 for the regular season right now. In the playoffs there's probably 7 guys I'd take over Lebron. If healthy, that list gets shorter to 2 or 3.
I don't think he's the goat, but it's so hard to find actual analysis of a player that doesn't devolve into fanboys claiming he's the goat or haters licking their chops every time he loses a regular season game.
