The Pakistani cricket team needs major changes starting from the top. Misbah and Younis Khan should be leading the administration and coaching/selection respectively. Babar at no 1 and Rizwan at no 4. Afridi needs to focus on Tests only. Amir, Imad, Wahab, Akmals, Maliks and Waqar should be kept away from the game.
