They say the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over & over again and expect a different result! A decent Republican has zero chance of winning, so why bother to run. Watching this, it seems the city has just thrown up their hands and given up. I used to brag about being from Philly in my younger days. Not any more. I guess the cops are too ashamed or scared too. Philly needs the housing. Townhouses can be renovated, there are a lot of vacant factory buildings. Demolish them for new housing and the good people will come. As long as the mayor ignores this destruction the worse it will get if the present day problem is not completely run out of town. Hey they can go to Camden….another tragedy.
