My recent voyage on the MSC Euribia fell far short of expectations. While a cruise should be a time of relaxation and exploration. The most significant disruption was the unrelenting noise on Deck 14. (14071) A room change wasn't an option. This constant disturbance significantly detracted from the enjoyment of the entire cruise. Adding to the frustration was the lack of responsive service when encountering problems. Situations that should have been addressed promptly were met with apathy and a sense of being brushed aside. To make matters worse, upon reviewing my credit card statements after the cruise, I discovered unauthorized charges. Needless to say, this incident eroded any remaining trust I had in the MSC Cruises operation. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the combination of these issues paints a disappointing picture. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that this will be my first and last cruise with MSC.
Hey, great video but you have the amount of passengers wrong, the msc euribia can hold 6327 guests not 4800 according to the official msc euribia fact sheet……😉😉
Hi thescallytrader1193, thanks for watching. Some of the footage was from Virtuosa, but for the most part, the ships within the same class are identical.
The Euribia is amazing, BUT it is chaotic onboard. If you can cope with lots and lots of noisy people and children then you will be ok. I wouldn’t do this ship again as too many people and too many children racing around and not the elegant experience we were expecting of a cruise.
Hi karenfletcher1876, thanks for watching and providing comments on your experience. Unfortunately, cruising during the summer months will be this way with almost all cruise lines.
MSC really need to have more staff on these ships. Virtuosa is so understaffed it's untrue. The poor staff work so so hard and must be exhausted.
Hi Tinkymel's Travels, thanks for watching. Post Covid, this has been an issue for all major cruise lines, not just MSC.

Hi surfpuppy26, thanks for watching. After my MSC cruise last November, I understand exactly what you are saying. I experienced much of the same.
Can we get a ship tour of the Carnival Venezia? A lot of people tell me the ship is gorgeous
Hi Jishua, thanks for watching. We'll try to get a chance to get onboard.

Hi TheAmericanDream foundinFlorida, thanks for watching. We always quote double occupancy, not full capacity.
Ci vediamo a giugno 2024 già prenotata non vedo l'ora
Hi Iolanda Remiddi, thanks for watching. Have a great cruise.
I hope they added an Italian restaurant to the specialty dinning options.
Hi Teresa, thanks for watching. There is not, but you'll be able to get lots of Italian choices in the buffet and main dining room.
This looks EXACTLY the same as the Virtuosa. Cant go on the same ship every time I go away starts to feel like a posh prison.

Do they have wheelchair access?
Hi F M, thanks for watching. Yes, most parts of the ship are accessible and a number of stateroom as well.
