Thanks for this review! We go on a lot of trips and my P&S with the original gorillapod comes along with us. But when I bought a canon G1X, it proved a tad heavy for my 1st tripod. I can't wait to get my gorillapod hybrid any day now. Gorillapods rock!
Really good video dude. I have ones of these also the smaller version. I have found that the quick release head is very sloppy and if you hold the tripod to walk around vloging it will cause a lot of camera shake. I have had to stick tape into the quick release to make a better fit on both my Gorrillapods.
