I wasn’t even paying attention to the story much but the color grade/contrasty shots are as close to something truly out of a movie that I’ve seen with the BMPCC cameras. Nice work.
@@coyotestudios1 It was so hard getting into the story because I was pixel peeping and looking at the color grade the entire time. This requires multiple watches and I will for sure do so again. This was hands down AMAZING! ZYou just earned a sub.
I recently went to artlist and watched the footage they got and which camera was used an 95% of all stock was made witch a pocket 6k. Now i know who buys all of their cameras.
@@coyotestudios1 Nice! I’ve been looking at that but it’s a bit too expensive for me at the moment. You don’t have any recommendation for a fairly similar light for a one man crew like myself but at a lower price point? Appreciate it.
Awesome job guys. I love they way you framed your shots. I agree that the drone footage is incredible. Helps lay out in a short amount of time that this guy is on a bit of a journey.
Can I suggest that for your thumbnail you add an image of the lead as well? The skull is strong but by itself it looked like a video essay or podcast episode and I nearly skipped it!
Beautifully shot. Definitely feel the Goonies vibe. Maybe used the inhaler a couple too many times and there were certainly some continuity issues. I'd also probably cut a few of the extra shots that don't do anything to move the story along, they're just pretty. I wish we knew more about the story itself. It seemed a little weird that he kept referencing the map when he was already in the building. The map isn't going to show you anything if you're already in the place. Unless there are clues on the map, but we don't see that. What drone did you use in the beginning? The footage was matched really well.
I think we have learned a ton since making this, checkout our latest-ruclips.net/video/QsB4NNxYs4I/видео.htmlsi=oDyNeXyT9Ntbwkoe I used the DJI Mini 2!
Man, the DJI drone shots are glaringly "videoish" compared to the Bmpcc 6k footage. Also, watch out for those pesky micro jitters. The footage is looking like Alexa until we aee those jitters that plague lighter cams.
images look good, but you need to cut the unnecessary stuff. Stop repeating shots. Move the story along, its a short. Don't make the story a slave to the imagery, reverse that dynamic.

Thank you! That’s the look we are striving for! 👍🙏
I'm not even a minute in and I'm just taken at how beautiful this looks!
Thank you!
Digging the Goonies feel.

That shot at 3:45 . That upward angled shot with the focus on the flashlight and the swirling smoke in the background is epic . Fantastic job! 👍👏👏

@@coyotestudios1 RGB mini , you mean Aputure MC ?
@@rageshgovindan yes 🙌
Which parts are shot with the helios lens?
All the outdoor shots are done with the Helios.
@@coyotestudios1how did u mount helios on to 6kpro
The areal shots are bmpcc too?
No the drone shots are from the dji mavic mini 3!
This just goes to show you its not about the camera its about the Shots/Editing 😊 Pro shots/Edits vs Amatuer Shots/Edits
YES!

Excellent work. What Len you use to achieved this look?
That’s incredible
Thanks! I used the vintage Helios 44 for most of these shots 👍
Great work. 35mm sensor or full-frame?
super 35
This is nice.
Do you use any kind of soft boxes or external lights? How many are you on set?
Yes I have a aputure soft box with the amaran 200x and it’s just my brother and me! 😉👍

I think i got this music from artlist!
