  • Tens of thousands of people gather at Stonehenge, the renowned prehistoric UNESCO world heritage site in southwest England, to celebrate the northern hemisphere's summer solstice at dawn on 21 June 2024. The Neolithic monument, which is thought to have been erected around 2,500 BC, aligns with the rising sun on the morning of the summer solstice, which has drawn revellers to celebrate since prehistoric times.

Fantastic place, done the Summer and Winter Solstice's at Stonehenge, but one of the best places I went to to celebrate my Pagan roots was on top of Pen Y Fan (Tallest Mountain in South Wales) when around an ancient Bronze age cairn on the summit, dozens of people started to chant as the Sun rose across the countryside below, I'm not religious or even spiritual but that was a mind blowing experience. Main stream religions may have taken a foothold in the UK (It's declining now) but it was so good to see, especially the further West from London you go, that there are still people who hang onto those ancient beliefs.

Good to know it’s an important Neolithic site.
The good news is that the UN and the British state don’t feel the need to “preserve” the other, often older and more untouched henges around Britain. Often far more intricate and ornate, covering a greater expanse, people are permitted to interact in a far more tactile manner, closer to, with access across often private land to delight in native contemplation.
The people here seem to need to stake a claim to this place. And are permitted on one day a year (perhaps the other solstices are gathered for) to attend a place that belongs to us all. Normally paying £35- to walk a mile to observe from a distance. For free?
I am reminded of the deliberate termination of the Summer festival at Stonehenge, forty years ago. As a young man I savoured the unique freedom of British existence gathering to celebrate summer. A more free, yet lacking of intimidation experience is difficult to imagine. People did as they wished without harming others. People got naked, if they so chose. They selected whatever intoxicants they wished, although opiates were NOT tolerated. An understanding the majority concurred with. People could attend and listen at up to five different stages to people’s music, or they could jam by themselves at first, to find a hundred strangers gathering to play their music together. And people could lean, sit, or wander through the stones.
In those days, people celebrated the DAWN of the Solstice, with the gradual increase in atmosphere and expectation through the night. The climax was of course the sunrise. Hawkwind playing to welcome the sun standing ON the stones. And NO HARM was done.
This SHADOW of a celebration is a symptom of the fall of Britain to corporate government. Like the pathetic pale imitation of Caribbean carnival exhibited at Notting Hill, people are permitted to gather in daylight hours, mill around DESPERATE for meaning in their “celebration”, and get moved on. Nothing to see here, is the message “our” state apparatchiks coerce.
And we are shown how wonderful it all is by corporate media, bearing witness not to anything of value, but to our imprisonment. A lone woman giving “legitimacy” trying to describe a communal gathering is just sad.
Let’s hope we will be permitted access by “the custodian of the stones” in future.

In rural Ireland, a douser is used before any building project to find out if there is too much vibrations that may interfere with the stability of any structure built. Hello all cosmic eternal peoples, the recent midsummers eve/day Stonehenge free festival gathering 2024, was a cosmicly amazing successful event , I was there and pleased to see all the free natural eternal peoples of the infinite wild natural eternal cosmos enjoying themselves, there WILL DEFINATELY soon be the return of the Stonehenge free festivals FOR ETERNITY , REGULARLY, and ALL other free festivals also FOR ETERNITY , the IMPORTANT thing is, the more the natural wilderness returns back to the northern side/edge of Stonehenge (where the small "barrow hills" and traditional pyramid stage/ main festival site area is), i.e. the tarmac, roads, fences, artificial things e.t.c. being taken up, and the natural mud, turf and other plants growing back,, the sooner the better, and the Stonehenge free festivals Will DEFINATELY return even MORE sooner
it is PRIMARILY NECESSARY for the northern plains tundra/fields ( i.e. where the main free festival, pyramid stage , small" barrow hills" usually is) to become completely natural wilderness again , there will still be a route to the south of Stonehenge for traffic travelling east to west/ west to east, and yet that route will eventually have the tarmac removed e.t.c. also , and then just become a flat dry smooth natural mud route that vehicles can STILL use 100% safely o.k. at the same speeds as before, (that southern only (east to west/west to east) road re-naturalisation (eventually back to a vehicle safe flat dry mud road) is in the more distant future, but to the sides and northern edges all around Stonehenge ,re-naturalisation back to completely natural tundra is VERY DEFINATELY IMMINENT and IMPORTANTLY it is better NOT to actually scorch/burn the actual turf/grass soils e.t,c. in any way , we are elf minimalist-tech eco-friendly(primarily) peoples, Stonehenge is here for ETERNITY , and so are we ALL, and so is all our eco friendly cosmic eternal music equipment e.t.c. any planes, helicopters, U.F.O. , other craft e.t.c. e.t.c. in the sky and space is ONLY Soviet Union Russian, so rest assured EVERYTHING is o.k. and 100% ECOFRIENDLY, see you soon and a DEFINIATE eco friendly free festival ETERNITY ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED
