LG makes Hot and Cold Acs too. Which company do you prefer since you own both? In terms of not just efficiency but build quality of ODU, IDU and remote.
And another thing. What does it mean to run a convertible AC at say 40%? As per my understanding inverter ACs upon reaching the set temperature work just enough to maintain it. Isn't it then by nature a variable air conditioner?

Hi ,no it's not the wifi model but the display unit on the ac provides suffient info like electricity unit consumption etc... so mostly I am having good smell. One small drawback I faced is that compared to Lg AC it smells a bit more for 1st 2-3 minutes in the beginning if not serviced from some time..rest everything has worked good so far no issues or repairs...

Hello dear, I have just bought Samsung 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner from Flipkart. Now its service request has gone to the nearest service center and is also showing confirmed status. Now it is the turn of the second steps where the appointment is being written, so do we have to take an appointment or do the service center automatically fix the appointment?
Is this Samsung AC still working & cooling like near to new in comparison to 3 years ago cooling levels. Any minor repair job you had to do through samsung till now . Answer 2nd one if you feel comfortable .
When ac is start that time all control settings of remote we have to set everytime so this is not issue. I have also experienced this problem and I was confused for this remote settings issue. But when I met of technician he told me in this model when ac is start that time you have reset all settings every time and can't set in this model because this is by default from samsung.
You need yo tell them to bring wall stand or normal floor stand for outside unit. Apart from that ask them to bring extra copper pipe and wire just in case its required but will be charged only if used.

Carrier are the pioneers when it comes to AC. Although these these other companies are bringing in more features including samsung too. 120 sq ft is not as issue even for 1 ton AC so its completely your choice. Carrier has a better track record in AC segment while samsung is offering great features for same price.
Self cleaning is just limited to filter on the top which has no screws just simply pull it out...2nd way to do self cleaning from remote>options ...but for proper cleaning servicing needs to be done by calling these people...

Baaki installation me issue nhi hona chahiye agar deliverable hai to.

Actual room temp AC ke display me hi show hota...i mean remote me jo temp set kiya wo dikhega and ac me jo current room temp hai wo dikhega. Baki ac ka display agarvoff hai to use remote se on kar skte
Ye inka cleanup mechanism Hota Hai...most of the times Mai ac ko off krne ke baad first on and off krdeta hoon instead of waiting for counter to complete..
Book installation from samsung service center and wait for them...don't open the box as it voids warranty in many cases. If something is wrong they would identify it but highly doubtful that you will receive a duplicate ac..
See again bht se factors hain which can change the actual answer but still agar neeche wale floors ka room hai and direct sunlight nhi padti to 300 sq ft tak kar skte hai stretch ..and agar top floors hain jinme garmi jaada rehti to 200 max...remember ki bahar ki unit ho sake to shade me hi install karwana
For power consumption compare their ISSER value, plus that logo of 5 star has mention of units consumption too at the bottom mostly for 1600 running hours. I saw samsung has already started rolling out new ACs with 5+ ISEER benchmark.

You should get a call automatically as Flipkart has it all integrated if not then you need to call service center which is again a smooth process..

Ye inka cleanup mechanism Hota Hai...most of the times Mai ac ko off krne ke baad first on and off krdeta hoon instead of waiting for counter to complete..

Book installation from samsung service center and wait for them...don't open the box as it voids warranty in many cases. If something is wrong they would identify it but highly doubtful that you will receive a duplicate ac..

For power consumption compare their ISSER value, plus that logo of 5 star has mention of units consumption too at the bottom mostly for 1600 running hours. I saw samsung has already started rolling out new ACs with 5+ ISEER benchmark.

Please pura pdhana to understand better - Buddy mai apni baat karu to lucknow me bhi haal jante hi ho garmi ka aaj kal and mera room top floor pe hai to ek side ki diwaar puri garam rehte hai 12 baje dophar se raat tak...but agar normal 100 percent capacity pe chalata to mjhe room temp 34 ya 35 se 28 phchne me arouns 15 mins lagte hain...and wo maintain rehta agar aap 26 ya 24 degree set karoge to aur time lagega 34 ya 36 degree se 24 degree phchne me but eventually cool kar hi dega...to saara kutch bahar kitni garmi hai, room kitna bada hai and andar kitna temp chahiye uspe depend karta hai and haan upae ka radiator koshish karna kahi shade me lagwana direct sunlight me nhi agar possible ho to....mere yaha same floor pe thode bade room me ac ka 1.5 ton sual inverter 5 star ac hai 42 thousand ka wo bhi sane hi cooling de rha...so mjhe nhi oata exactly log kya expect kar rhe but mera cooling karta hai..
