Have you had any issues with the stem of the tube wanting to suck itself into the tire? Since that's not its natural position and it's twisted it seems to me it would naturally want to go where it belongs.
I have inflated the wheels and I can say that the valve was not pulled back. I'm going to test what happens when it's loaded. It's a purpose-made hole punch. Sometimes called a dinking punch. They come in kits of various sizes. When piercing rubber (various kinds exist), it's a good idea to avoid drilling -- hence, the punch. Drilling produces a very unclean edge. Rubber cuts more easily when it's lubricated, the punch is lubricated, or both are; liquid soap will do the trick. These punches will work better when the backing support -- usually a block of wood -- receives the cutting end of the punch on the end grain of the wood, rather than on the cross-grain. Finally, these punches tend to produce a slightly conical hole. This might be advantageous, given the application, so you'd do well to experiment with some similar material, and determine whether you'd prefer to punch from the outside in, or from the inside out...
I use 4.10 / 3.50 - 5 tires - normally used for agricultural machinery. This mean, WIDTH=4.1, PROFILE=3.5 and RIM SIZE=5, which result in a DIAMETER=2XPROFILE+ RIM SIZE = 2x3.5+5=7+5=12 inch (30.48cm).

I tried this on a 6.5 inch hoverboard wheel with a 5 inch inner diameter tire, no luck. It was too big. And the 4s are way too small... unless there is some way to stretch the wire inside the bead of the tire.
@@rjquibodeaux4004 I actually did get it to work. Its a bit make shift but there is a plumbing part for a toilet called a "metal flange ring". It worked for me as an adapter between the hub and tire. What is the benefit of a bigger tire on a hub? There’s a debate with onewheelers who are angry that the new GT board uses a unconventional go cart tire custom size 11.5″ x 6.5-6.5″ but I’m sure it’s the same motor as previous model but the GT has a faster top MPH and claims to be 3 horsepower no idea what any of that mean community says the company made this tire to control where customers get the tire from which is them since no one makes these size tire… does having a bigger tire make any difference on a hub just curious it’s funny to see all the debate about it.. many claim it serves no purpose other than control so I dunno 🤷🏽♀️
Simply put, the larger your tire, the more of a grip your vehicle has on the road. As a tire's width increases, it covers more surface area on the road, larger wheels can go faster than the ones with smaller wheels because the radius of the wheel is larger they are also more stable at higher speeds. That’s what google says
