Thank you for sharing; you have a gift for encouraging other’s, and a heart to help other’s. I don’t feel like God hears or answers my prayers. Somehow i need to learn to pray how God wants me to. My life has been a real struggle, and I do not feel that I have been given a break from all of my serious chronic diseases. Most of the time I just want my life to be over. I want to encourage you and let you know that I have a friend in her 50s who has reversed a lot of her chronic conditions with God’s help and changing the way she eats. She had fibromyalgia and was pre-diabetic. She had a lot going on too besides that! Now her ministry is helping others get to a better place with their health. I don’t know what you may have, but I know that if we follow God’s plan according to His Word, we will have both physical and spiritual healing! My fiancé has gotten way better from his stomach issues since I last posted this video just by sticking to a whole food plant based diet (no medications!) and it makes sense because this is what God intended for us prior to sin. I hear you. Honestly, at this point, I wish I had died as a child (I had an accident, and God intervened). Everyday is a struggle to get out of bed, to put on clothes and to do my work. But, I pray still. I'll die with my knees planted on the floor, begging for my pain to end.

For digestion a probiotic with prebiotic supplement (and/or fermented foods) are good to take. Manuka Honey is good for heartburn. Stress and Anxiety can make things worse and/or cause things like IBS--GERD--etc.

There have been various suggestions from others and some of the things I try are below :) Liver and Eye tea: 3 slices of astragalus root 1 Tbsp of cassia seeds 1/2 Tbsp dried Goji berries 3 pieces of dried chrysanthemum Steep for 15-20 minutes Also, green smoothies with kale/watercress and blueberries. I have one almost daily and rotate the berries and greens I add. I have also tried bilberry supplements as well as zeaxanthin/lutein vegan gummies. I pause these periodically and restart after a few months. I also drink 1 cup of carrot juice daily. I exercise as often as I can and eat balanced meals. I pray for my eyes daily. My eye doctor says my eyes are better thank God. I believe that prayer, hope, and all of the above have helped. Don’t take this as medical advice please. Hi! We are doing much better than we were then! It’s taken a lot of prayer and following the health principles in the Bible. That’s something I have to share next: biblical health principles! We’ve had a lot of changes and I haven’t been able to record, but it’s coming once I go back to our new home state!

Hi there! There have been various suggestions from others and some of the things I try are below :)
Liver and Eye tea:
3 slices of astragalus root
1 Tbsp of cassia seeds
1/2 Tbsp dried Goji berries
3 pieces of dried chrysanthemum
Steep for 15-20 minutes
Also, green smoothies with kale/watercress and blueberries. I have one almost daily and rotate the berries and greens I add.
I have also tried bilberry supplements as well as zeaxanthin/lutein vegan gummies. I pause these periodically and restart after a few months.
I also drink 1 cup of carrot juice daily. I exercise as often as I can and eat balanced meals.
I pray for my eyes daily.
My eye doctor says my eyes are better thank God.
I believe that prayer, hope, and all of the above have helped. Don’t take this as medical advice please. Just my personal testimony ☺️ hope you are well!! Please let me know if there is anything else!!
