Wow! What an eye-opener. I really believed I was covered having a will. My wife and I are in our 60s and of course I fell into the belief that I would just distribute after my death. Thank you for this very, very important information. I am getting ready to watch the rest of your videos concerning structuring a LivingWell and, the full estate planning. If nothing else, it will make life for my wife, should I pass before her, a lot easier. I too have seen families squabble and hurt each other over the most trivial things in probate. In one case, it destroyed the family, and I don’t think they ever recovered from it. Thank you again.
Our parents thought they were covered with an estate plan until we found out we needed an Administration Lawyer to add services to avoid 50% in Litigation because they used an estate planner who only install the first few steps in a complete administration.

Yes but we are not sure how your home country will choose to treat it.
